We came from Toronto for a wedding decided to give this restaurant a try ! Food was amazing, very clean, fast service we were so hungry so that worked out ! we had a great time with our server until the end of the visit, the bills came & she forgot one of couples bills. I went ahead to pay for my bill & the waitress had the audacity to tell me "really ?! You only gave me that, when you picked the options you could have atleast gave me %15 that's what your supposed to give" while pointing at the bill tip amt. she told me as if I came from another world. I rounded up the total with the tip & planned on leaving the rest cash with the rest of the group. She then went on to say that it wasn't enough & that I should of left atleast %15 as per the lowest option allowed other than "other" I was so shocked at what she had said. She said "you should have given me atleast $20 tip & I was just looking at her flabbergasted, as this was totally uncalled for & didn't look good on her part. She then proceeded to see my sister laws bill print out & say "& this one didn't even give me anything" again, shocked! my sister in law replied with look at the table the tip is right there... very bad customer experience at this point & didn't deserve anything anymore ! WHO SAYS THAT ? I replied back to her with in Toronto we can leave what we would like too. Our group of 6 was so disgusted & disappointed with this behaviour after such a good experience that it left a bad taste in our mouth. She then aggressively grabbed the debit machine & then cash & walked away. Rude, unacceptable,unappreciative,unprofessional. We would not return based on this response from the waitress. IN TORONTO THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN ! The nerve to complain about your tip when we are not even finished paying & leaving.View more

Great place food never better in montreal, too bad our main waitress, Seems too busy to attend our needs, So we had 2 different girls help us, sad She gets the tip, & the poor girls get The finger nothing. Next time, we shall get a good waitress. Thanks 😊View more

I wasn't happy with the service. The waitress took the order & never asked how was the meal. When she gave the bill asked for a 15% tip A tip is for good service not poor. The food e as good maybe 30 years ago not now.

I ate at this restaurant a couple of times & needless to say I do not recommend this place as the food is mediocre & the service is downright poor, You can make any food item on their menu at home & it would taste 20 times better.I ordered an onion soup & a veggie burger. The onion soup tasted good but it was cold & the veggie burger was bland, it tasted like the frozen veggie burgers sold at metro stores for 4$ stuffed between a burger bun, I tried adding ketchup, mustard & even the coleslaw salad that came with the plate to add some flavour (& it was still bad). As for the service, it was just so bad. The waitress & even the manager were rude. When we tried to pay the bill, the shady manager did not take a liking to the tip he deserved & tried to make us believe that we needed to pay an extra charge. He wanted to ask for a bigger tip ( which he certainly did not deserve because he was very rude) by beating around the bush saying that " there's an extra charge". We gave him a bigger tip because I did not want to cause a scene & straight out not give him any tips at all. This manager needs to get a better paying job if he shamelessly tries to scam people like that. That was just desperate.
