c'est la première fois que le service était lent, il est vrai qu'il y avait beaucoup de gens mais encore, 1 spaghetti avec très peu de sauce. un smoked meat avec énormément de gras & par-dessus tout, sans ustensiles ni napkin pour s'essuyé la bouche ou les mains a la fin du repas... c'est la première fois de ma vie que je vois ça dans un restaurant.... à éviter au max....
Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit & le restaurant était très occupé, donc l'attente pour commander a été un peu longue. Par contre, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service de Derek. Malgré le rush, il a été extrêmement poli, gentil & professionnel avec notre table. Le personnel qui débarrassait les assiettes était aussi très sympathique.
La nourriture était excellente, j'ai beaucoup aimé mon repas. Honnêtement, si je donne 5 étoiles, c'est en grande partie grâce au service exceptionnel de Derek. Merci !

J'ai l'habitude de manger ici & la nourriture est toujours très bonne. Par contre, le 30 avril 2026, mon collègue & moi sommes allés manger un sandwich smoked meat & nous avons fait une intoxication alimentaire… Nous avons vomi toute la journée & mon collègue a dû aller à l'hôpital.
J'espère que les propriétaires prendrons les mesures nécessaires afin d'assurer la salubrité des aliments servis.
It was a quick in & out for me as it was in the middle of the night. I was surprised they were open until 4 am! Their smoked meat was excellent! I had it in their famous sandwich & also in pasta, which were the most fantastic of both. Definitely recommend!

A great place if you want smoked meat without the lineup at Schwartz. I also enjoy the fact you can choose your cut of meat (I like fatty meat!) their black cherry cola is also really REALLY good.
If you don't want to be sucked into that famout tourist spot, I highly recommend coming to Dunn's!
My friends 50th surprise birthday party & Dunn's was chosen because that's one of his favourite restaurants. Kiera was our server & we had a massive group, she handled with ease like a true professional. I can see why she's the manager, she's a rockstar that runs her crew incredibly well! Thank you for making it an incredible night

We recently visited Dunn's Famous, & honestly, it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Montreal.
We started with the Dunn's Special Poutine-& it was so good that we ended up ordering it again. The smoked meat was absolutely perfect: tender, juicy, & packed with that rich, impeccable smokiness you hope for but rarely get this right. Every bite just hit the spot.
We couldn't stop there, so we tried the desserts too-& wow. The apple crisp was comforting & delicious, the caramel ice cream was smooth & indulgent, & the volcano chocolate dessert was just next-level. Everything felt thoughtfully made & incredibly satisfying.
What truly made the experience stand out even more was the service. Our waitress (the one with the curls) was genuinely one of the nicest people we've encountered. Warm, attentive, & welcoming-she made us feel right at home. We've dined around Montreal & Quebec, & this was easily the best treatment we've received.
From the food to the service, everything about this place felt perfect. Dunn's has definitely earned a top spot on our list, & we'll absolutely be coming back.
Ambiance tranquille , tu peux bavarder avec tes chums . Cuisine je dirai 3/5 , c'était normal pour moi rien de spécial . Le service par contre était plus complexe , on a vraiment duré avant de se faire prendre en charge ( service 2/5)
La bouffe très bonne comme d'habitude mais salut à la serveuse qui compte sa vie à grosse voix quand il y a zéro ambiance dans le resto ! Tu entend juste elle compter sa vie assez plate !!
