I waited over an hour for my delivery order & when it finally arrived, half the order was missing. When I called back, I was told I'd have to wait another hour because they only have one driver. I told them I still wanted my order & store credit for the inconvenience but was refused. I could only have one or the other. Waiting two hours for four egg rolls is a bit ridiculous though. Very poor customer service. I've been ordering from here for years but I won't again.

Très choqué de lire autant de mauvais commentaires ici. Je me souviens que commander là est une tradition dans ma famille à Verdun depuis aussi loin que je me souvienne. Nous avons encore commandé là aujourd'hui pour une énième fois & contrairement aux commentaires qui témoignent d'une déception, je me suis plutôt trouvé à être impressionné. Certes, la dame de l'accueil est parfois mal commode mais bonne chance pour trouver un restaurant chinois plus authentique à Montréal
L'horreur. Les contenants de sauce étaient complètement répendus au fond du sac lors de la livraison. Bref, ça a tout gâché. Assurément, on ne m'y reprendra pas.
Very dissatisfied about my order on Jan 23/26, I ordered dinner #3 for 3 & got only for 2 people, also I received 6 egg rolls instead of 9. My question is if I were to order for 2 I would have received they same thing so they cheated me out on 1 person. Very very dissatisfied. I called back to let them know & they offered me a credit for next order or for the the delivery guy to bring me the 3 egg rolls which would have taken 45 minutes to 1 hour like really so I took the credit. I wonder if they will remember.

Been eating & ordering there for 10+ years. Now it's probably last time. Ordered the pineapple chicken as advertised & they lied. Instead it was chicken balls with cherry sauce. When I called the secretary told me this is how it comes. Pineapple chicken is supposed to come with a pineapple sauce not cherry. There was nothing pineapple about the pineapple chicken.
I have a good mind to report them to the Consumer Protection for fraud.😡😡😡
Went to talk to the manager. Arrogant & could care less. Deceitful liars. Avoid at all costs.

Tout était parfait a part peut-être poulet au ananas.... Quand j'étais jeune ces morceaux de poulet etais commercialiser dans leur jus rouge dans un plat de plastique directement & non la sauce rouge à part . Sa avais un goût moelleux ..Mais les temps ont change
Good old-fashioned Canadian Chinese food. Chicken Soo Guy, wonderful, Singapore Noodles, wonderful, Chicken Fried Rice, yummy. Egg rolls, just as they should be (sometimes a little overcooked). I forgot to mention the Peanut Chicken is also very good.
I've been ordering there for years an it was always great ,but today i invited some friends over for lunch & was very disappointed that felt mostly everything I ordered looked an tasted like leftovers.
