Review Summary

Dragon de Chine shows a mix of traditional comfort and authentic notes with favorites like won ton soup, Singapore noodles, and Chicken Soo Guy, and delivery is described as great with good value. Takeout and delivery are praised while dining in is not available, and memories of a Verdun family tradition add warmth to the reviews, despite occasional complaints about incorrect orders and uneven service where a credit was offered. Some comments recall past packaging and flavor changes, while others emphasize friendly but imperfect service and occasional overcooked egg rolls. Overall the reviews portray a dependable Canadian Chinese option with solid classics and standout flavors, tempered by inconsistency and occasional missteps.

Been eating & ordering there for 10+ years. Now it's probably last time. Ordered the pineapple chicken as advertised & they lied. Instead it was chicken balls with cherry sauce. When I called the secretary told me this is how it comes. Pineapple chicken is supposed to come with a pineapple sauce not cherry. There was nothing pineapple about the pineapple chicken.

I have a good mind to report them to the Consumer Protection for fraud.😡😡😡

Went to talk to the manager. Arrogant & could care less. Deceitful liars. Avoid at all costs.

Good old-fashioned Canadian Chinese food. Chicken Soo Guy, wonderful, Singapore Noodles, wonderful, Chicken Fried Rice, yummy. Egg rolls, just as they should be (sometimes a little overcooked). I forgot to mention the Peanut Chicken is also very good.

I swear this place has the best fried chicken & the egg rolls are insane. I also recommend to take the wonton with peanut butter best combo ever.

A tad expensive, 42$.05. For two. No drinks, no delivery. Garlic spare ribs, over cooked most of the time. Chicken Soo Guy, too much batter & not much chicken. Portions ok.

Was looking for a place for Canadian style chinese & came across this place. The chicken balls, & rice were very good, though the egg rolls not so much. Though I've yet to find good egg rolls in Montreal since moving here from Halifax where back there I can get actual meat egg rolls.

We paid 85$ for a meal for 2 which came leaking. The boxes were wet necessitating that we put them on plates. The portion size for the mixed vegetables was tiny for the 15,50$ that it cost & it was very oily with mostly onions as a vegetable. & lastly, the general tao was a lump of stale fried chicken smothered in a messy & horrible tasting sauce which tasted like it was store bought. It was not mixed in, it was simply dumped over the chicken. After tasting one bite, I threw it out. & my husband tried forcing himself to eat only to give up & throwing it out as well.
