I don't usually leave a review, but I felt it necessary to share my experience for anyone who has allergies & is thinking to come here.
I was so excited to purchase their new'XL cookies' to bring to a dinner tonight. My husband is allergic to all nuts, & we are never able to get him anything fun! We came at 11 am, from the West Island.
These cookies are promoted as nut free, & the store instilled confidence on their website that although there is Nutella in the kitchen, these products are'kept in an isolated area' away from the other cookies.
When we arrived at the store, all the cookies were on the same tray, & touching!! When we asked if there were any in the back that were not contaminated, we were told there was not.
We then decided to purchase doughnats but wanted a mix of gluten free & the regular ones to form a box of 12. We were told that we were not allowed to do this, & had to buy a box of at least six of each …
All to say this experience was quite disappointing. We were also not thrilled with the service as the employee seemed more frustrated than helpful, & we felt we were being a hassle rather than a paying customer.View more

This was my fist visit to Doughnats. I loved it & I will certainly be back. I have celiac disease so I was thrilled to learn from a friend that this shop serves gluten free doughnuts. The doughnuts themselves are closer to mini cakes, but to be honest, I actually prefer their texture to that of most doughnuts I have had prior to my diagnosis. When I arrived, I had some questions for the staff regarding the way their GF doughnuts are made since even cross contamination in the oil could make me sick. They assured me that the GF doughnuts are actually baked, & that the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned before making a GF batch to ensure there is no cross contamination. I really liked how knowledgeable the staff was, & it lead to a sense of trust. The GF doughnuts themselves are SUPER DELICIOUS! They're also well dressed with high quality ingredients. The flavours are really appealing & have a good variety that are changed up every 6 months. & since they're smaller, you can try multiple varieties in a sitting. The only thing I would ask for is coffee. We were assured they're working on this, & I hope that there will be a coffee station next time I go. One last thing, you can tell these people are really proud of & love what they do. This place is very authentic & you should definitely check it out!View more

Love the triple threat donuts & cookies! Really special treat for a celiac - they take care to prepare the gluten free food first in the morning in a separate area of the kitchen. I will be back for sure. The donuts were so moist & stuck together really well, which is normally hard to do with vegan gluten free. Super tasty!View more

Doughnats is an absolute gem for donut lovers! Their donuts are so delicious that I can't help myself every time I see them. They offer a wide variety of flavors, each one better than the last. What really impressed me was their gluten-free options, which were a lifesaver for my niece who has celiac disease. She was thrilled to enjoy donuts just like everyone else. My one qualm with Doughnats is that you can't buy the donuts individually. This is hard on me because if I buy a box of six, I just can't stop eating them! Although if I could buy one donut at a time, I would probably be there every day because they are just so delicious. Whether you're a donut fanatic or just looking for a tasty treat, Doughnats is the place to go!View more

I emailed them about our food allergies to make sure everything was safe & they answered efficiently & quickly. They recommanded the Triple threat donuts (vegan & gluten free). My husband brought me a very special treat... a box of mini vegan gluten free donuts. As a celiac with a dairy intolerance this was a rare & most delicious treat! Probably the best gluten free donuts I've ever eaten! I love the fact that they're mini - so you can try more than one kind in one sitting... & of course I did! Beautiful presentation, heavenly flavours, & I can't stress enough how rare & special it is that they offer gluten friendly & vegan options! Cherchez des beignets sans gluten, végan ou régulier? Il y a tant de choix qu'Il y aura quelques chose pour tout le monde ici! Il y a des confitures & des gâteaux chocolat sans gluten! Vous pouvez prendre leur pâte à biscuits pour les faire vous-même chez vous! Ou vous pouvez geler les biscuits de plus! Moi? Je les mange immédiatement haha 😂 Looking for gluten free doughnuts or vegan or regular? There are so many choices there will be something for everyone here. There's even jam & chocolate cake gluten free! Or you can take their frozen cookie dough & make them yourself. Their cookies freeze well also! Me? I eat them immediately! My bad I was running around in the rain so they come much better packed than shown! Merc beaucoup! Plusieurs options possibles : vegan, sans gluten. Pour les beignes, ils semblent avoir une possibilité de contamination croisée dans le présentoir.
De notre côté, nous avons goûté au gâteau congelé au chocolat sans gluten. Simple & bon (14$)!
