Had a nice afternoon snack over the weekend at this restaurant. It was our first time here though we come often to Parc-Ex for Indian fare. We were a group of non-Indians who had a generally enjoyable experience (the recommended non-spicy Dosas were very tasty & not fire-y, just spicy)!
There was however some shyness on behalf of some employees to take our order-but that's not a problem, just bringing it up so that future clients reading this review persist & try the food here nonetheless. We had the Masala Dosa, Egg Dosa & finally the Paneer Masala Dosa. All were perfect light meal after a day of shopping at Jean-Talon Market.
The place is among the cleaner ones in the area-it helps that the location opened around 2023 & was renovated then.
I'll definitely be coming back to try the Dosa Achari (tasty pickling mix) or the Mysore.

Restaurant offrant des excellents plats de l'Inde du sud! Les idlis , vadas & dosas sont savoureux ; les entrées de chili paneer & de Gobi Manchurian sont incroyables! On a aussi aimé le veg fried rice.
Today i dined in there for the first time with my friends. We tried their butter masala dosa & hara bhara chilli paneer dosa & mango lassi. Guess what it was so so delicious. We loved it. I was craving for dosa since a week so we finally drove to mtl for 1 hour just to eat there. Trust me they didn disappoint at all. Service is amazing. Their staff is so attentive & welcoming. Which is rare to see at Indian restaurants. But hey … this restaurant is definitely an exception. I'd for sure come back. The food the chef & the staff kudos to you guyz. I hope the owner is aware of their staff being great at their job.
The dosa was very good & tasted authentic! However, I didn't enjoy the sambar as much-I felt it should have been spicier. Also, sometimes the dosa is served too cold, which affects the experience.
That being said, my overall experience was good!

Got the chicken dosa - very little meat. We ordered to-go so they very nicely pack the potatoes inside the Masala dosa separately so the dosa don't get soggy. It's inexpensive but at the same time the portion wasn't filling enough for us. They do take credit card. I still prefer the other Indian restaurant we went previously.
Consistently delicious food!! Everything on the menu we've tried (& we've tried a lot as we've been coming here for years now) is excellent! The food is consistent which is rare for Desi restaurants- whatever they're doing ..others need to do as well ..because it's perfect food every time.

One missing point is there should be hairnet & beardnet weared by servers when they serve & even gloves too. Hygiène is not maintained as washroom doors are kept open.
Food was good but hygiene was below average.
The masala dosa was delightful & flavorful. Although there was a slight rush, the staff managed the situation effectively. It is worth noting that, in comparison to other Indian restaurants in Montreal, they maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including the restrooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary gift of porotta & chicken manchurian.
