J'ai adoré cette endroit :)

Notre soirée entre amis a commencé avec un martinis qui goûte le paradis à la saveur d'hibiscus & fruit de la passion.

Le menu découverte est rempli de texture & saveur qui sont une réelle découverte ;)

Je suis venue manger au Dorsia pour la fête à mon chum & nous avons adoré! Je recommande la pieuvre grillée & pour les fans de matcha, le Matchatini :)) Mon chum, lui, a beaucoup aimé le wagyu! J'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance dans le restaurant & la playlist de samedi dernier (s'il y a un lien spotify est-ce qu'on peut me le partager? 🤭👀). Notre serveur Guillaume était attentif & il connaissait très bien le menu: il a su nous guider dans nos choix pour une super belle expérience!

Disappointing experience overall. There was more stuff than customers yet they were busy walking around for nothing.

Upon arrival we weren't given menu right away. & when we can't wait any longer for our drink order we had to flash the busboy for wine. Afterwards we were served WARM white wine by the so called sommelier. What kind of Michelin restaurant serve unrefrigerated hot storage room temperature white wine?

The oyster was not fresh. & when we jokingly commented on that they did nothing. The blue fin tuna was saggy. What kind of food standards is that? The fact that the chef would serve that at this calliper is amazing.

When the truffle dish came to the table, the waiter asked have we seen black truffle before. I mean even if you came from small poor town & have never seen it before, you should not assume your customers whom were all dressed full in Hermès & Chanel the same assumption. I'm sorry but that sounded like an insult.

& please, your canned almost melted white asparagus was not worth bragging about. Yes we've seen it.

The steak was lukewarm the most. Not from a good cut yet bland.

I have to say you're very brave to charge people that much for your subpar, unprofessional operation. & the empty dining room says it all.

Beaucoup de gens de Sorel-Tracy & des alentours vont réserver chez vous prochainement. La radio fait son oeuvre on dirait bien. Longue vie au Dorsia! Guillaume saura s'occuper de vous :)

C'était la première fois que j'allais dans un resto gastronomique. Ce fut pour moi une expérience unique. D'abord, le décor est magnifique. Tout est impeccable. On nous accueille comme des dignitaires. Le niveau d'éclairage & celui de la musique sont parfaits. En apéro, les cocktails valent déjà à eux seuls la visite. Ensuite, on nous fait passer de la section lounge à notre table.

Nous faisons la rencontre du sommelier qui nous fait ses recommandations parmi un choix de 700 bouteilles. Le relais est pris par un de nos serveurs. Chacun des huit services est présenté bien évidemment avec une description des ingrédients & leur préparation. On approfondie avec la raison de leur choix & leur provenance. S'ils ne peuvent être trouvés localement afin de satisfaire les exigences du chef, on nous explique d'où ils sont importés & pourquoi. Les plats qu'on nous apporte & qui se succèdent sont les mouvements d'une véritable symphonie pour les sens. Ils nous invitent à une première bouchée presque solennelle.

Finalement, ce qui rend l'expérience si exceptionnelle, c'est la qualité du service. Un personnel rigoureux, sympathique & passionné se souciant du moindre détail, même sans le demander. De petites choses qui, au bout du compte, font toute la différence.

Guillaume , Laurent, Léo, Lucas & tous les autres: vous avez été tout simplement parfaits.

I recently celebrated a birthday at Dorsia in Old Port, & the entire experience truly exceeded all of our expectations.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into a Michelin-star restaurant in the heart of Paris. The atmosphere is elegant & refined, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion.
As for the food, it was absolutely unbelievable. Every dish was beautifully presented & packed with flavor, clearly crafted with care & precision.

I would highly recommend Dorsia to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in Old Montreal. It's the perfect spot for celebrating something special or simply enjoying an exceptional night out.
