Loved my evening at Dorsia, staff is very patient & gives good recommendations. Pricing is fair & food is great, drinks were also very pretty it was perfect for my friend's birthday. Ambiance is good with dimmed lighting & music at a nice volume.
One of, if not, the best dining experiences in Montreal. Amazing food, attentive service, & wonderful atmosphere. Perfect for business meals or romantic dinner. It's rarely new, about two months since they opened. Recently started lunch. Highly recommended.
Très bel endroit, élégant & la décoration exceptionnelle & très confortable. On peut s'entendre parler même s'il y a de la musique. Le service tout à fait hors pair & accueillant. Bravo! Nos entrées étaient très bien, par contre les pâtes Pomodoro très moyen & l'assiette d'agneau correct. Le dessert excellent.

Every dish is a masterpiece, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality, creativity, & flavor. The duck was a standout-perfectly cooked with a crispy skin & tender, juicy meat that melted in my mouth. The richness of the duck was balanced beautifully with a subtle sweetness that made every bite a delight. Next came the salmon sashimi-a dish that surprised & delighted with its fresh & melting texture, creating a harmonious blend that was both sophisticated & comforting. The scallop ceviche was a revelation. The scallops were incredibly fresh, with a perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. Each bite was light, refreshing, & bursting with flavor, making it a perfect appetizer to whet the appetite. The steak filet mignon tartare was another highlight. The beef was of exceptional quality, finely chopped & seasoned to perfection. The tartare had a rich, robust flavor with just the right amount of spice, making it a dish I would return for again & again. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, & the service is top-notch. I can't recommend this place enough-every dish is a culinary journey worth taking.

From tepid food to weird ambiance - this place is mediocre all around. I really wanted to like it, & the whole "Dorsia" premise is awesome - but just like the literary Dorsia in American Psycho, this one is vapid & devoid of value. It's downright weird with waitstaff bringing a plate to the table asking if we wanted to take a photo... No, I won't be taking a photo of a duck breast tonight, thanks. At this price point, lukewarm food won't do. On the positive side, the bathrooms are great, & so is the location.

Expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée dans ce superbe restaurant. Tout était parfait, les cocktails sont délicieux & la nourriture est excellente. L'accueil & le service sont impeccables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Absolutely the best restaurant in Montreal. The service was flawless starting at the door when you enter to when you leave. The food was top notch in its taste & nutrition, & I felt extremely satiated when done. Also, the mocktails were delicious & unique. It cannot get better than this, pull through.
Beautiful restaurant. Food was great. The lamb tagliatelle, the duck, the salmon crudo & tartare appetizers & the Cesar salad all really great. Amine is always a great host, alongside his team, including Reynald & Katie.
