I've been going to dolci piu for years. I have good memories of my college years buying pastries & sandwiches. In recent years, work brought me back to the neighborhood & I wasn't surprised to feel the same warmth & good found I had discovered years ago. Easter season is my favorite because of the lobster tails & zeppoles. They're amazing! I recommend this bakery for any occasion, they have amazing pastries!
I had been here to book a cake for my son's 3rd Birthday at the daycare.At first,I had to wait for someone to see me while 2 women passed by watching me wait.After about 10 mins,one guy helped me & asked the lady in charge of cakes to attend to me..The lady seemed rude,absolutely not interested in making that cake,made faces on seeing me while smiling & greeting the others.She then kept writing off every request I made & at the end said I cannot guarantee a nut free cake,which was ok.What hurt me the most is her attitude towards me ( a customer) & the fact that she could smilingly greet the others who ate at the store but not say even a hello or hi to me..This is not the 1st time ive been treated this way cos we buy cakes & croissants quite often.I felt this was a very racist attitude by the lady & one filled with absolute no interest to attend to me..She maybe having a bad day but that was not the way she should have spoken to me..She tried every bit to drive me out rejecting everything i said..There is a major attitude problem by some of the staff in this store..
My husband bought a red velvet cake for my birthday & it was the best I had in a long time. The icing compliments the cake & it wasn't sweet it was just right.
Went to pick up my customized cake of peaches & cream. Oh boy did it mee my expectations. The process with Patricia went so well, she really took my inspiration photos & made it come to life. I love this bakery so much, just smooth, not overly sweet cakes. My family & I almost finished the whole thing in one sitting. I couldn't ask for more on this birthday
Amazing coffee shop to eat & stop buy! & best place for weddings & events cakes. All designs are perfect, detailed, & always more wow results than expected!
Sad to see how this place has declined. Not sure if the owners have changed. It used to be the best patisserie in the area, I know people who got their wedding cakes from here many years ago. Not long ago, they revamped the interior to make it more "pink" & more instagramable. That's great except that the service is now non existent & the quality & freshness of their products is very on/off. I've there at different times of the day & usually there are 3-5 people behind the counter but it looks like 3-4 are always in a corner talking to each other & only 1 is handling the public. Sometimes it's painful slow to be able to order & pay. Lately, the cleanliness of the tables is disappointing. Piles of trays & plates will sit by the trash for a long time.
10/10 service! They made me a custom cake for 20-25 people on only a few days notice, the cake was absolutely beautiful & delicious! I highly recommend Dolci Piu!
It was my first visit to Dolci Piu & I was not disappointed! I was shopping around for an'original' flavor, & came across their signature cake (i.e. Dolci Piu Signature)- - - - a combination of pistacchio, vanilla, hazelnut, & coffee - every bite bursts with flavor & is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I highly recommend & will definitely be returning to try other flavors. The owner, Patty, is very professional, attentive & friendly, which only added to the overall very positive experience. Also, I love that there is some seating indoors to have a quick coffee etc ... Go check it out!

It's a cosy place. The croissant 🥐 is amazing, also the cookies are excellent. The decoration is so comforting. I've also tried the chicken escalope sandwich & it was very good. The staff are patient & very efficient
Late review: We selected Dolci Più as our wedding vendor (150 people). We got married July 2023. The owner was amazing to work with, responsive & friendly. When we had our cake tasting appt, it was very busy in the store that day but we didn't feel rushed at all. We felt important like the owner wanted & appreciated our business. Her cakes are delicious. We chose vanilla & chocolate for the guests & lemon poppey for our special cake. When I find the picture of the cake, I will update my review. Her prices were reasonable as well.
Great staff. Placed an order for a custom cake for my father in law's birthday. Got contacted back right away & the cake was excellent & so beautiful. Well priced too. Highly recommend
