Dolci Piu est largement saluée comme une pâtisserie de qualité à Montréal, avec une offre riche de gâteaux sur mesure, cannolis, éclairs et autres desserts frais, présentés avec soin et servis dans une ambiance agréable; les clients louent la fraîcheur et le goût, la variété et la capacité de personnalisation pour les occasions, tout en notant parfois une organisation en boutique et un service qui peuvent être imparfaits à certains moments. Beaucoup reviennent régulièrement, appréciant aussi le café et les options salées, et décrivent l'endroit comme propre, cosy et bien décoré; malgré des expériences isolées de mauvaise communication ou de service moins chaleureux, l'enseigne est souvent recommandée pour ses pâtisseries, ses gâteaux de mariage et ses desserts, faisant de Dolci Piu une adresse de choix à Montréal.
Sad to see how this place has declined. Not sure if the owners have changed. It used to be the best patisserie in the area, I know people who got their wedding cakes from here many years ago. Not long ago, they revamped the interior to make it more "pink" & more instagramable. That's great except that the service is now non existent & the quality & freshness of their products is very on/off. I've there at different times of the day & usually there are 3-5 people behind the counter but it looks like 3-4 are always in a corner talking to each other & only 1 is handling the public. Sometimes it's painful slow to be able to order & pay. Lately, the cleanliness of the tables is disappointing. Piles of trays & plates will sit by the trash for a long time.
10/10 service! They made me a custom cake for 20-25 people on only a few days notice, the cake was absolutely beautiful & delicious! I highly recommend Dolci Piu!

It was my first visit to Dolci Piu & I was not disappointed! I was shopping around for an'original' flavor, & came across their signature cake (i.e. Dolci Piu Signature)- - - - a combination of pistacchio, vanilla, hazelnut, & coffee - every bite bursts with flavor & is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I highly recommend & will definitely be returning to try other flavors. The owner, Patty, is very professional, attentive & friendly, which only added to the overall very positive experience. Also, I love that there is some seating indoors to have a quick coffee etc ... Go check it out!
Late review: We selected Dolci Più as our wedding vendor (150 people). We got married July 2023. The owner was amazing to work with, responsive & friendly. When we had our cake tasting appt, it was very busy in the store that day but we didn't feel rushed at all. We felt important like the owner wanted & appreciated our business. Her cakes are delicious. We chose vanilla & chocolate for the guests & lemon poppey for our special cake. When I find the picture of the cake, I will update my review. Her prices were reasonable as well.
Great staff. Placed an order for a custom cake for my father in law's birthday. Got contacted back right away & the cake was excellent & so beautiful. Well priced too. Highly recommend
Delicious pastry shop. Very well rounded, meaning that everything is very good. Can't really go wrong. Pastries, salads, breads, sandwiches, cakes, quiches, cookies you name it! Landmark in ville st-laurent! Thank you
My husband & friend got me a birthday cake from here. The amaretto vanilla. I had given them a vague idea of what I wanted & boy did they deliver on both looks & taste. It was beyond!! Highly recommend!!!
A big disappointment is that they make their cakes quite a bit in advance & they get a stale not fresh smell & taste from sitting in their fridge too long sometimes & that is pretty disgusting. PLEASE FIX THAT ISSUE. Still is the only decent pastry shop in the neighbourhood. Their cakes are good in general when not stale, although a bit too sweet & missing flavor sometimes. The pastries are not that good however, but it's an Italian place so no surprise here. I found that they give good service until the last minute, unlike some other places that close in advance, so that's a plus.

Delicious & beautiful cakes & wonderful catering menu. I've been ordering all my speciality cakes from Dolci Piu for 8 years now & they never disappoint. The cake design is always beautiful & the cake inside is delicious. what more could you want?! We recently tried ordering from their catering menu & it was also fantastic. Their cold pizza is delicious, we love the spinach & sausage & the mushroom & cheese pizzas. The arancini & the chicken brochettes were delicious. Organizing the catering was also a breeze, Sabrina is very responsive & friendly to deal with. I would highly recommend using Dolci Più for any of your catering or cake needs!!
You can find salty or sweet which is amazing if you're craving anything. They also sell cake, personalized cakes, macarons, pastries. On salty side you have from salads to sandwiches, quiches, lasagna etc. I recommend 😍 also the decoration gives a Barbie vibe hehe all pink
I have eaten here, bought take-away & ordered take-away cakes. So far everything I have eaten here is delicious. I can recommend the almond croissant, the baguette, the vegetable quiche, the lasagne, the muffins & the lemon, raspberry & poppy cake.
