If you're looking for a fresh, healthy lunch spot downtown, Dirty Greens on Cathcart is a go-to. I stop by regularly when I'm working in the area, & it never disappoints. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are satisfying, & there's a great balance between healthy & flavorful.

My personal favorites are the Vitality bowl (perfect if you want something plant-based with a mix of grains & legumes) & the tuna option when I'm in the mood for a protein boost. Everything tastes clean & well put together, not like an afterthought'healthy' meal.

It's quick, consistent, & ideal for a workday lunch that doesn't leave you feeling heavy afterward. Definitely worth trying if you're downtown.

I love this place at Cathcart. It's probably my favorite spot. It's fresh , healthy ingredients & a good value for your money in this location. My favorites are Chinese & Parm salads. The tuna is good as well. The service is quick & responsive.

They seem to skimp on ingredients to cut costs. My bowl was missing ingredients. The manager is completely dismissive if you try to bring up any issues. The food has gone downhill, & it's just not worth the price anymore. Save your money & go somewhere else.

their salads are amazing & staff is very sweet but for the price, their servings of toppings are not generous at all. i asked for an extra & they only gave me a pinch more. i wish they would make a bit bigger scoops of each ingredient, as i couldnt taste some ingredients that were listed.

Amazing fresh & delicious healthy salads with all the right ingredients that's surprisingly satisfy your taste & hunger. I highly recommend this place.
