Deville has been my favourite restaurant in Montreal for the longest. I've been going there for several years (since way back when they had that jalapeno cornbread skillet entrée). I've had breakfast & dinner here many times over. Great food, great cocktails, great service.

Update: I recently returned here & Noémie (hostess) & Adam (waiter) were both awesome. Noémie brings a great welcoming vibe that makes you feel good about just entering the restaurant & makes you want to talk to her after you're done (which I did) & Adam was not only helpful with the menu but he also helped us pick our next spot to hangout for the evening & had great conversation for days. It's for good reason that I've come to expect the great food & service that I get everything I eat here.

I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING this restaurant was!
I hadn't visited Montreal is so long …
My friend & I went to a few different restaurants that weren't the greatest & sort of disappointing throughout the week that we were there.
& then we stumbled upon this restaurant/bar on our last night there.
We ordered the fillet mignon, calamari, & these phenomenal tuna tacos!
The entire atmosphere & the food was mind blowing. This is now my favourite restaurant of all time!
Our server was amazing, & even the hostess was fantabulous! Makia B made our night! What an amazing server!
The quality of the food, taste & presentation was outstanding!
I cannot wait to go back!!!
This place is definitely a'MUST'!!!!!
& I can pinky swear & promise you that you would not be disappointed!!
I honestly wish I could rate this restaurant with more than five stars!
I left with the biggest smile on my face & very much humbled! 🩵💙🩵💙

My wife & I went here for dinner on our Montreal trip. It was close to our hotel & since it had really good ratings, my wife was eager to try out this restaurant, especially their bad girl sea food pasta. Unfortunately, she was somewhat disappointed. Although she did have very high expectations.

To begin with, the flavor was just okay. The seafood was a bit overcooked, the shrimp was overseasoned & one of the three clams she received was empty (you can see it in the picture). For a $49CAD pasta dish, she was expecting something a bit more. But it was sea food, so 🤷

On the other hand, I ordered the lasagna. It was great! I liked it a lot! It was very crunchy on the outside & had a good amount of cheese. I only wish it came with a little bit more sauce because that was also delicious l. My wife & I shared my plate. & I helped her finish hers. If you are hoping to get some good food that would make your day from this restaurant, I would recommend not to order the sea food pasta. Overall the food was fine, however for the price we paid we were expecting a bit more.

We didn't have a reservation but were greeted in a friendly manner. Our server Sabrina was a lovely person! So friendly, kind, & attentive; we really appreciated her. We started with the Ahi Tuna Tacos - they were amazing because they were full of flavour & fresh! The wasabi aioli was lovely. I would recommend them to anyone. My sister had a lobster roll & I had the wagyu Bolognese. Both dishes were divine! They should change the name of the place to Divine Deville Dinerbar. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. We will definitely be back!

Toujours une très belle expérience au Deville! La nourriture est excellente, les portions son gigantesques! & la qualité du service ainsi que l'ambiance sont toujours à point. Finalement, très facile d'accès avec le parking souterrain gratuit à quelques mètres du restaurant.
