This place has changed so much in the past few years & not necessarily for the better… The drink menu used the be a novel. Gone are the days of the ICONIC fish bowl. The staff is still amazing, I just wish they would bring back their glory days.
We went for brunch & loved the extensive menu & drinks. It was not too busy. The service was good just a little bit slow given that it wasn't too busy but the food & atmosphere more than made up for it. We will definitely return next time We're in Montreal to try more of the menu.
Je l'ai je l'ai découvert par hasard. La cuisine était vraiment délicieuse, très belle ambiance. Nous avons été servis par sirène, était très serviable & très aimable.. Nous allons revenir sans doute
Very disappointed & dissatisfied with restaurant management! Average food, large portions. VERY slow service, NOT due to waiter! Supposedly other waiter injured? Management did not apologize or offer any comp! & added 20% tip to bill automatically! Shame on management that was present & sitting at bar not helping situation chatting with DJ!!!!
We have eaten here a dozen times over the past few years & have never been disappointed. The staff are great, & they all speak English as fluently as they do French. Prices are competitive with other downtown restaurants. I recommend making an online reservation as soon as you can.

What a wonderful experience,the waitress was amazing & the owner checked on us frequently. No matter how full you are please make time for the beignets (they are to die for ) I will definitely be coming back Instagram:Tropicalisland_sunnygyal
Food was amazing 10/10 best chicken burger I've had, the service not so much. The waitress didn't check on us once, our drinks never got refilled, & when we mentioned it she said she had other things to do. With the price we paid, I'd like the service to match it.
Fantastic dinner first night out with our family of six in Montreal. Deville was recommended by the concierge at the Omni. Great advice! Food & service were tremendous. I got the Tao Chicken Salad. My wife got a delicious vodka cocktail. Highly recommend!
