Crofres Snowdon - My New Go-To Spot!
I've been meaning to try Crofres for a while now, & I finally stopped by their Snowdon branch-& wow, I'm so glad I did.
What really blew me away is how they nailed that perfect balance between a croissant & a waffle. You get the flaky, buttery layers of a croissant with the crispy edges & soft inside of a waffle-literally the best of both worlds in every bite. It's so unique, yet surprisingly comforting. Not too sweet, not too heavy, just right.
The space itself is cozy & super clean, & the service was genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the product.
Whether you're grabbing something quick or sitting down to treat yourself, this place hits the spot. Definitely a new favorite. Highly recommend checking it out if you're anywhere near Snowdon!Voir plus

Tucked away in a cozy corner, close to the Snowdon metro station, this crofre spot is a hidden gem. The crofres-crispy like a croissant, shaped like a waffle-are golden perfection. With a great range of options, there's something for every craving. The textures are spot on: flaky outside, soft inside. Service is quick & warm, & the presentation is Instagram-worthy. First time trying this place. Delicious croffle, fluffy & crèmes fraîche is so sweet!!! My favirite one is the one with bluberries on top of crème fraîche. Definitely coming back there!Voir plus
