Propriétaire sympathique,amoureux de son métier!
Nous avons adoré ses brioches qui fondent en bouche. Que dire du pain chocolat & de son pain fromage bacon!!!!

C'est la Boulangerie à ne pas manquer.

Le propriétaire est sympathique & chaleureux
Tout ce qu'il fait est délicieux.

Que ce soit du pain au chocolat, du pain bacon fromage, du gâteau aux carottes ou des brioches à la cannelle, tout est dévoré en deux temps trois mouvements, par tous les membres de ma famille, petits & grands.

À chaque fois que j'y vais je me dis que j'aurais dû en prendre plus. Je n'ai pas encore goûté ses petits plats préparés ( sauces, tourtière & cie), mais je me suis promis de le faire en allant au chalet cet hiver, je vous en redonne des nouvelles 😄mais je ne doute pas qu'ils soient aussi exceptionnels.

C'est un arrêt qui vaut le détour à deux pas du'Mont Blanc'(anciennement Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré) ;)

Very happy to have stopped in here early (8:30am) on our way home from a short stay at Lac-Supérieur.
The owner was so nice to us, & we enjoyed practicing French (us) & English (him) in our interaction. We ordered the croissants (so deliciously buttery & flakey), pain au chocolat, & a loaf of cheese bread, all of which we promptly devoured for breakfast when we got back. Our only regret is not buying more while we were there! :)
