They have a large menu & they're the most consistent restaurant. Everything is great. I wouldn't say anything in particular is the best in the world, everything is just consistently great & you'll be satisfied. Very fair prices, nice staff & takeout specials. Real PVM institution.
Been going for over a decade. The food is still great but the portions are getting smaller & the service is not what is used to be. Getting a refill of coffee & a smile is getting more complicated than eve

great evening! we visited to watch the Comdeyville, Comedy Club & we were not disappointed! appart from the show being super fun & entertaining, the restaurant itself was very welcoming. the food was pretty average but their drinks were really nice! definitely recommend!
The comedy show was fabulous, I would recommend eating before you go as the food was by far our least favourite of the trip. We tipped however did not tip the full 15% as the food was not good. Then when trying to use the bathroom before I left the server who was great until this point cornered me & asked what was wrong with the service. I told her the food was not good, she then told me "there's a 15% minimum for tips & that if we choose to tip less then we wouldn't be getting good service while in Montreal". I did not appreciate this personal approach after the show. We have no problem in tipping well & have done so on all of our many Montreal trips.
04/14 This is the second time I've been here as a spot to eat while waiting for my train. On both instances got the Philly Steak Sub (which I recommend best WHEN fresh) but was my mistake this time to carry the entire meal in my bag which ended up leaking. I was served by the absolute cutest girl with shorter hair, didn't catch her name but thank you for the great service, will visit again :-)
2024 April 3★ Located underground, this deli restaurant is big & spacious. Great for large groups & events. SMOKED MEAT COMBO $19 Smoked meat sandwch, coleslaw. Dill pickle, sweet pimento & fries. The smoke meat was ok. Meat was in Thin slices so it didn't have enough texture. Flavor of the smoke meat was also so so. Everything else was also so so.
Super bon restaurant a date jai jamais été déçu de leur nourriture le personnel & sympathique & accueillant & le fait d'arriver a une borne & de commander & de payer a la caisse est genial!

Bought their TooGoodToGo, & it was probably the best purchase I've made in a while! The owner is really kind, & really cool. The food is great & worth every penny!
Great breakfast food here. Our server was something else. I'll preface this by saying we were one of 4 tables in the restaurant at the time, so it wasn't busy at all. We were hoping to be in & out fairly quickly, so when she brought us coffee, I said that we were ready to order. She immediately responded "non. non. non." & walked away. I thought maybe she was going to get an order pad, but a couple minutes later she still wasn't back & then I saw her topping up other people's coffee. After ordering, when she brought our food, she put a plate down on the table, & my friend went to move it to the right spot. The waitress snapped the plate out of her hand saying "non. non. Ça c'est pour lui. Toi t'as commandé les crêpes." Yes, we all knew that, she was trying to help. Later, she came to refill coffee. I took my cup & brought it towards the edge of the table so she would be able to reach it more easily. She grabbed my wrist & held it in place while filling my cup. She also spilled a good splash of coffee onto my hand, straight from the pot, & said nothing. Just walked away. It would have been terrible service even if the restaurant was packed & they were understaffed. We were all laughing out loud at how outrageously bad the service was.
Had a blast at the Comedy Show on Friday night. No safe seats here, because you can end up being part of the show no matter where you sit. Best burger & goat cheese salad. Everything tastes better in Montreal.
