ont dirait qu'il est fermé tres long avant de venir nous voir pour assigner une place.Je comprend que la serveuse commence mais avoir la soupe avant l entrée & le cocktail & l entrée en meme temps que le repas & boissons reçu en anglais… smokmeat 5* salade au poulet grillé 5* sgagetthie 2* trops de sauce manque de chaleur dans certains plats & lambiance pas fort je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai j'y suis retourné 3 mois après pour un déjeuner à la sortis du train très bon serveuses très correct

Went here for the Comedy Show.
A small room, but intimate & worked very well.

Très belle expérience au restaurant! Le service était excellent, avec une équipe courtoise, attentionnée & souriante. Nous avons grandement apprécié l'accueil & la qualité du service. Les enfants ont aimé la pizza.

Franchement un superbe endroit, nous ne comprenons pas les critiques négatives.
Les burgers Metropolis & Catwoman sont excellents. Les bières 👍🏻👍🏻.

Service was bad. We were a party of four. The wait to be seated for the three that arrived first was acceptable, but we had to look for the waitress when the fourth arrived &, even then, it took time before she came to take our orders & she was curt.
We ordered three club sandwiches & one spaghetti. The latter looked suspicious & was tasteless. The former were not triple deckers (menu lacked clarity) & were quite ordinary.
The atmosphere? Was there any? At least, bar the food & the service, the rest was not utterly shocking…
Next time I am at central station, I shall go to any of the other places offering food. I will have to go to a counter to order food, but I trust food will be better & service will better meet my expectations.
In other words, I definitely will avoid Deli Planet.

The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Food is super mid. The waitress never checked on us we needed refills & ketchup she only brought out our drinks & I never saw her again but she kept checking the tables around us.

When I got up to pay I didn't tip her because the service was the worst I've ever had & the cashier literally confronted me asking if I was going to leave the tip in cash I said'no I don't have any cash' & she said'well it's a 15% tip for the waitress' & I said'no she never checked on my table & we needed ketchup & refills' & she just said'oh well sorry about that'. Who DEMANDS a tip? Especially when the service is terrible. Pass on this place you're better going off to McDonald's which is where I should've gone.

The price was also expensive & the food was bland.

They have'Poutine', not Poutine.

Real Poutine have cheese curd, not grated cheese.

Had the smoked meat. Very disappointing. You're better off buying some from the supermarket. Fries were quite greasy. Service was good but the meal arrived rather late considering that there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. There are better places to eat.

I don't know why they have different prices for the same item. We ordered one sandwich, & she charged me $17 after tax. However, when we checked the self-service machine, the price after tax was only $14.30. We went back to ask her about it, & the price on the menu was $15 before tax. When we asked why we were charged $17 for the sandwich, she said it was because it was for takeout. So weird.

Anyway, I don't recommend buying food there. 🙁
