Del Frisco's is described by diners as a lively, stylish Italian inspired spot with wood fired pizzas, generous portions, and a warm versatile atmosphere that suits families, groups, or a date night. Food is consistently praised for freshness and flavor, with standout dishes and a wide menu including vegan options, while the wine display and bar area earn compliments. Service is often described as friendly and attentive, though a number of reviews note occasional slow or disorganized moments during busy times or with large groups, and some dishes or experiences fall short such as bones in fish, overly salty items, or pizzas with crust issues. The terrace and interior ambiance are repeatedly highlighted as appealing, and many guests express a plan to return and recommend it to others, citing reliability, value for money, and the ability to host celebrations.
We never tire of this place. They never miss with the food, the bar is great & the service is always fantastic. The pizzas are notable as is my favorite, the linguini primavera with alio & olio.

Excellent restaurant Italien & serveurs très gentils. Un peu cher au premier coup d'oeil mais les assiettes sont énormes, ce qui peut expliquer le prix un peu plus élevé que certains restaurants
Shout out to this place. We've been dining there regularly for years & they have yet to disappoint. Try the pasta primavera with olive oil & garlic. I can't get enough of it.
Food was amazing, & the portions are well worth the price. However, not a great experience overall. I understand Saturday nights are busy, & I've worked in the service industry, but either get more staff or take less tables. We were sat right away. We weren't given a drink menu. The waiter brought us oil & vinegar for the bread, & didn't come back for another 20 minutes. He then asked us if we were ready to order- didnt ask if we wanted to start with drinks or anything because it had been so long that we were sitting there by that point, to which we had to say we needed a drink menu as well. We ordered all at once, & our food got to the table before our drinks did- we had to tell 2 other people that we ordered drinks & repeat what they were in order to get them halfway through our meals. Then, 2/3 were brought. When our plates were empty & we were done, someone came by & realized we were missing a drink, asked what it was, then proceeded to say they didnt have that drink at that time after all that. That person didnt even want the drink at that point- our meal was over. They brought us a free dessert in an attempt to compensate us, & the waiter was very nice, but we felt extremely rushed & it was awful to have to keep flagging people down to remind them that we existed. Frankly, I've never had such a bad restaurant experience non-food related. Not blaming the waiter- i'm sure he's normally good at his job, i have no doubt he was overwhelmed with tables. But seriously? This place needs to get it together. Will be ordering in from now on from here.
Spot on dishes, the pizza's are great. The service is extremely friendly, well managed & owned. You can see nothing was left to chance. The piccata a limone (plate i has more than 100 times) is very well done, veal was fresh. (No back taste) no veiny no fat. Highly recommended sporty, casual or classic.

Had a great evening dining with friends in this nice Italian restaurant. Too bad the weather was not present to eat on the terrace. The food was delicious & service was great & respectful. Love the pizzas or the mussels. After 20h when buying a beer you get a discount on pizza I believe!
Good things: - vine quality - vine price - have indoor / outdoor sitting - food came fast Opportunities: - server served the pasta & asked if I would like cheese. I said yes, & didn't get the cheese for over 5 min & required to follow up. My food got cold - there was no check back - it is an Italian restaurant, but I didn't not hear even single Italian song. This restaurant is in Montreal. So I would expect at least to get French songs if not Italian, yet it was English songs looking like radio station. Music play role in the ambiance & very important.
