I left this restaurant completely satisfied & I honestly can't wait to return & try the rest of the menu. I think this is the best Thai food I've had in Montreal. There are lots of options. I discovered many dishes I'd never seen at other restaurants. Bonus points for being halal! 🫶
I'm a big fan of Thai food & this spot was delicious & among the best I've had in Montreal. Really big portions for a reasonable price. I very much enjoyed the Mango salad & Drunken noodles. I also really appreciated that it was all halal & could take my Muslim friend. Will be back for more!
Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while out for a Sunday walk. Best & most authentic Thai food I've had outside of Asia. Flavors & spice as one would have it in Thailand. Portions are fair with the price to match. Service is prompt & cordial. We will definitely return again.
Best Thai food I've had hands down. The food tasted as if my Thai grandmother made it for me. The fried rice, pad sew & pad Thai all very flavourful
Nice tiny Thai restaurant, very authentic. Very generous portions & adequate prices. It's hard to find really authentic Thai restaurant in Montreal; but this is gold. I am very spoiled with good Thai food but this one is very good.

Don't miss out on their traditional Thai desserts to round off your feast- we indulged in sticky mango rice & crispy fried banana drizzled with chocolate sauce, served alongside creamy ice cream. Every dish feels like a homemade masterpiece, crafted with love & fresh ingredients. Everything is certified Halal & there is no pork/alcohol. Plus, they're super accommodating, making you feel like part of the family. If you're craving authentic Thai vibes in Montreal, Dek Sen is where it's at!

The owner is absolutely the cutest person ever!! The staff would come talk to us & would say that she's a great boss. Hearing that made me & my family feel like this is an honest woman who is truly just. The food was 10/10. Such fresh & good quality food. I'm in LOVE with their Thai Tea. & the food came really fast. Finally decided to try this place out after a few of our friends kept mentioning it to us, we arrived there later than intended right at closing time however after calling to confirm the closing hour, the owner answered & invited us to still come in which was so nice of her, we had the gypzas, Kau Soi, Beef Panaeng & Pad thai & we absolutely loved it, the owner told us these are authentic thai recipes from her grandmother who also owns a restaurant since many years back in thailand, if you want a true taste of thailand this is the place! Plus its the only halal thai place in Montreal 🥰
Thai place with Thai chef! Thai food with good portion in a homie atmosphere. So far I don't see anywhere else would have all staff from Thailand but they do! So I think it is authenticity guaranteed as much as the ingredients could be found in MTL! I was there for my friend party & the owner gave my friends free dessert for the birthday :)
Really enjoyed our dinner here. Service was a bit slow in the beginning with taking their time to get our order, but once they did, everything else was like clockwork with appetizers & soup, followed by our meals & the dessert. Authentic delicious Thai food with large portions that left us way too full to enjoy our second order of mango sticky rice - but no worries, it was well enjoyed later that night at home! Will return for sure if we come back to Montreal! Highly recommend!
