We had breakfast at Dandy two days in a row this past weekend & we could not have loved it more. The food was absolutely delicious.The staff is unbelievable, so professional & lovely to interact with. We are hooked.

Bel endroit où bruncher. J'ai pris leur tartine aux champignons accompagnée d'un side de pommes de terre : un petit délice. À noter, le tout est plutôt onéreux pour ce que c'est.
The place is really pretty & definitely Instagram-worthy, which probably explains the huge line outside when we were leaving. But honestly, I don't really get the hype. It was super loud & felt a bit chaotic, & we ended up waiting quite a while.
I had the pancakes, & they were just okay-not the best I've had, & pretty heavy. I wasn't a fan of the coffee either. Some of the other food looked really good, so maybe we just didn't order the right things, but overall it wasn't worth the wait for me. Probably wouldn't go back.
The place opens up at 10 am & glad we made it in time for the last seat at the opening right after there was a super long line of folks waiting to get seated for over 30 mins!!
We tried all their popular ones - ricotta pancakes , mushroom toast & the avocado toast all of them are surprisingly tasty & filling it sure was a good call.
What a great brunch. Great flavours. Great textures, crunchy, smooth or crispy. Great beverages too. Even got a second matcha laite with lavender. Definitely our top pick of the Easter weekend in old Montreal.
Endless Summer: 4/5 I enjoyed the large portion & the seasoned avocado was great. The bread & egg was good but didn't wow me. The rest of the ensemble with the veggies & sauce was really good.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwhich 5/5: the best for me it had a crunch with the fried egg. It was heavenly a must try.

Dandy's is was so bomb! Worth every penny & every minute of the wait!Every bite was exceptional, from the crispy fried chicken burger to the rich aioli that perfectly complemented the golden potatoes. The service was impeccable, & our food arrived so quick.
The ricotta pancakes were so delicious, I couldn't resist scraping up every last drop of maple syrup with my spoon! If you haven't tried Dandy's yet- you're missing out. We're already counting down the days until we can come back!
Great place for brunch food in the old port. Small menu, but everything on it is delicious. Apparently there are long lines on the weekends, I came on a Monday afternoon & there was no wait. Highly recommend & will definitely be back
