Merci!
A great spot for brunch in Old Montreal. Food was generous & delicious. Service, excellent. Would definitely come back!
I absolutely loved my experience! The service was amazing, the servers are so welcoming & sweet. I went to this restaurant specifically to get the pancakes with the strawberries on top, but I think they only offer that when they're in season, so instead they offer apples on top. Other than that, it was amazing! I went on a Wednesday at around 12:50/1:00 & there was not a line. Bacon was so good!
Always wanted to try this place for brunch for a couple years since it's "famous", but it's always huge line up outside on weekends. Finally went in recently, but was quite disappointed tbh. The menu is so small & everything is insanely overpriced. They are all very small portion, including the coffee (in a tiny glass cup) without free refill, unlike many other brunch places. Quality is just acceptable. With that price & the small portion, you'd hope the taste would be much higher than it is. Won't go back...
Went here as our first official restaurant meal as husband & wife! & what a great decision. My pancakes were perfectly moist & buttered (look at the layers!!!) & they accommodated my request to add on their earl grey mascarpone (a must). My partners salad was delicious & filled with texture & flavours. My only nitpicky thing is that the restaurant is quite small & all the tables were quite snug together so it felt like I was dining with six instead of just us two haha
I had an initially skeptical but ultimately delightful experience at this restaurant. Despite the cold weather & the possibility of it being a tourist trap, I decided to wait in line based on positive recommendations. Arriving at 11:30 am on a Sunday, I waited for an hour for a table for two. Once seated, everything went smoothly-the server was attentive, & the food arrived promptly. I must say, it was absolutely worth both the wait & the hype. This brunch stands out as one of the best I've had in a while. Even as someone who isn't fond of salads, I found theirs to be exceptional. However, I do have one piece of feedback: the hostess could improve communication & acknowledgment of those waiting in line, especially those outside. It's frustrating to wait without any idea of the wait time or how many people are ahead in line. Overall, an outstanding experience that's worth recommending. Also, it would be great to see more gluten-free options on the menu.
Cute place in Old Port. It's wasn't too busy. We got a table the second we got in. I'm not gonna lie I came for the pancakes. I was told they were the boom. Com!!! We had the avocado toast & the pancakes for dessert. Good portions!! As for the pancakes, they were OK. I cant say they were the best I ever 6. The fluffiness was missing for me but overall. It's a good spot for brunch
Dandy's brunch was fantastic! We shared the pancakes & the chicken sandwich between two people & both dishes were delicious. Good portions & delicious flavours. Thanks
I think I just ate the best fried chicken sandwich of my life here! Tender thigh meat, ubercrunchy batter, sweet-ish slaw underneath, airy brioche bun: perfection!! The blistered fingerling potatoes were also delicious.
Super fredh ingredients but an hour wait on weekend outside in the cold, would be better if we were able to make a reservation especially with those prices
I suggest you arrive in advance because there is a lot of people who go there & you cannot reserve there. The wait is worth it since the food is delicious. The place is very pretty, very aesthetic.
Cozy & inviting ambiance. Small & simple menu, but very good! 2/3 of the menu is with sourdough bread which worried me, but it ended up being the star of the show!
Also, I ordered a chai latte & that was delicious:)
