Je recommande vivement ce restaurant qui est le meilleur que l'on ai goûté à Montréal !
Amazing food. The mushroom toast is to die for. The lemonade was also amazing. Fried chicken burger lives up to its hype.
We celebrated Mother's Day with a delightful brunch at this restaurant, choosing from a spread that included Mushroom Toast, Ricotta Pancakes, & the Endless Summer Breakfast, with extra Crispy Bacon ordered at an additional cost. Each dish was beautifully prepared, & the uniquely unsalty, beef jerky-like bacon, though pricier, was definitely worth trying. The quality of the food & the warm, friendly service from the staff made our special day even more enjoyable.
This place was extremely hyped up by a friend & so maybe expectations were set too high but Dandy's was just okay. Nothing extraordinary but still good. We've tried for Dandy's a few times but never went in because of the line, but with the rainy weather, we got in pretty quick. Got there for 10:30, got seated around 11. Menu is pretty limited. Prices are a bit extreme ($6.99 for 3 slices of bacon is kind of insane). Would recommend the potatoes. We felt like if there's a super long line, the food should've been better than what it was.
The food was good, but nothing out of this world. There was a long line, so if you really want to check out this place, I would recommend going during less busy hours.
Definitely worth the hype! The best fried chicken sandwich & ricotta pancake i've ever tried 😄
Un brunch montréalais à ne pas manquer ! ça vaut le coup d'attendre quelques temps pour en profiter. L'équipe est vraiment fun & vous accueille avec un beau sourire. Gros coup de coeur pour la limonade fruit de la passion 🤩
We had an incredible breakfast at this place! The food was absolutely amazing, with such unique & delicious flavors. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 star was because the line to get in was ridiculously long.
Absolutely delicious food, coffee, & cocktails. The fried chicken sandwich is AMAZING.
Loved Dandy's! Great vibe. No line on a Wed morning. Food hit the spot - healthy, fresh & delicious. Best part was the warm service - shout out to Charo & the manager too!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ friendly & amazing service; lovely, cozy ambiance & decor; delicious (I mean yummy) food (mushroom toast 🤤) & by far one (actually 2) of the best espresso martinis I've had! You gotta go!
With the line we had to wait in before getting in, the hype around Dandy made me excited for what was to come. I ordered the Buttermilk Fried Chicken & accompanied that with a Mimosa. I really enjoyed the Buttermilk Burger, the bun was soft & the chicken was full of juice & flavour, my only gripe was that the bacon that i had as a side was dry & brittle. The Mimosas were pretty good as well. The day I was there the place was very packed but the service was still good, but not great, because we had a bit of a wait time. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, during my time there, the place felt crowded & small. But this place would be a nice spot to go on a Sunday Morning for brunch.
Great spot in Old Montreal! Glad our hotel recommended it. We had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich & the sourdough half avocado dishes. Both were excellent! You can't go wrong.
