Almost no improvement is needed to make these dishes perfect. Probably the best meal I have eaten this year! If you're going to come here, I strongly suggest if you're coming for breakfast, to order the strawberry ricotta pancakes & the crispy smashed fingerling potatoes. The service was pretty good, bro not the best it could be. At first, our waiter seemed like he was very patient & wasn't afraid of talking, but almost when we were halfway done with our meal, our waiter seemed as if he didn't want to really talk & help us, however this didn't at all make an impact on the rating & my feelings of this restaurant. Don't forget to order the crispy smashed fingerling potatoes!
Cool place in old Montreal. Loved the ricotta pancakes with strawberries, delicious 😋 best pancakes ever. Great service 🤠🤩
La nourriture est excellente, le lieu est joliment décoré mais très bruyant.
Food was amazing definitely recommend Pancakes & the passion fruit margarita amazing!
I've been to this restaurant twice & I want so desperately to like it, but it always just misses the mark for me. The first time, I tried their Ricotta Pancakes, not realizing the seasonal fruits are an extra charge! Overall, the pancakes were okay, but not as amazing as I expected them to be. Bacon is another extra charge & tasteless, which made for $7 down the drain. I also arrived as soon as they opened at 10am on the weekend & there was a bit of a wait, with a line out the door. The second time I went, I tried the Endless Summer Breakfast, which I enjoyed more than the pancakes. The seasoning on the avocado was absolutely delicious. The toast was a bit too hard for my liking, but the rest of the plate was lovely. This time, on a weekday around noon, there was no line. Both times, the wait to receive food after ordering was about 15 minutes long, enough time to chat but a bit too long for my tastes. Dandy is pricey, no doubt about it. If you want food & a drink each, you're looking about an $80 bill for two people.
Food was yummy & came quickly. I like that they don't have too many options on the menu. It's Easier to pick something out. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but still worth trying out. My husband & I paid 85$ for the both of us. It is very loud in there, so don't go if you want a peaceful quiet breakfast
Un bel endroit, nous avons été bien servi. C'est un peu cher pour un lunch. Par contre le plafond est haut, c'est très beau mais très bruyant, trop même.
The ricotta pancakes with strawberry were absolutely delicious - light, fluffy, & bursting with flavor. They were definitely the highlight of my meal. The mushroom toast & crispy smashed potatoes were also quite good, though I'd say they were more in the average range compared to the pancakes.
I recently had brunch here & overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was cozy & the staff were very friendly. The pancakes are the best & the maple latte is delicious too, but I'm giving it 4 stars because I wish they had a more extensive menu, especially with a mix of sweet & savory options
The ricotta pancakes are easily one of the best that I've ever had! The other things we ordered, especially the matcha pistachio cocktail were great too. It's always busy so expect a little bit of wait which is totally worth it.
Amazing brunch, perhaps one of the top in Montreal. However you WILL have to wait close to a decade to get a table at their busy times. Food selection is vast & all seems great. Drinks weren't the best, so could skip. However, overall, it is for sure a must-visit if in the proximity.
The food was not very good. There was too much seasoning on the chicken sandwich we couldn't eat it. The atmosphere was nice & clean inside. The wait staff was busy but cordial. The The food was just below mediocre.
The food It's not a big deal. Maybe it was because I had a big expectations.
