Absolument délicieux! Meilleur BBQ coréen que j'ai mangé! & j'en ai essayé beaucoup. L'ambiance est aussi très sympa. Pour les kdramavores, vous aurez l'impression de manger & boire typiquement comme vos leads préférés avec tous ces'side dishes' délicieux, l'eau dans son pot & bue dans des gobelets en métal &, bien sûr, le Soju, pour les amateurs. Une belle place sympathique à ne pas manquer.

Meilleur BBQ coréen ! La nourriture est excellente & le service est rapide (meilleur que la succursale sur Sainte-Catherine 🫣) Nous avons parfois peur de déranger les serveurs & l'ensemble du repas doit être sur une seule facture. Les enfants doivent aussi commander une portion de viande. Il est facile de réserver par téléphone, jsuis allé plusieurs fois & y retournerai sans hésiter! 🙌🏻
It was very dark in there & the service was off. They didn't explain much & it was hard to flag them down. I was not finished & they kept turning off my burner. It made me feel very rushed.
The food was good, but the portions were very small.

Je suis allé un dimanche soir. Très bon service & rapide aussi. Nous avons prit 2 choix de viande(poulet & bavette de boeuf mariné) (pour 2 personnes) avec avec tous les accompagnements c'étais amplement suffisent & très bon. On est ressorti bien rassasié du resto haha... La soupe miso en accompagnement est vraiment excellente aussi. Un BBQ Coréen que je recommande.
Nous avons découvert ce bbq coréen à Montréal. Il y a eu quelques bémols. La viande nous a pas été expliqué dans le menu avant de commander. J'ai commandé le steak de boeuf mandarin, il était tellement difficile à mâcher. Vraiment pas tendre. Mon conjoint a commandé la poitrine de porc tranché mince. Un autre déception car l'employée nous avait pas mentionné que c'était comme du bacon. Les accompagnements sont délicieux rien a mentionné. Ce qui nous à le plus déranger pour le souper, c'est la musique extrêmement forte. Impossible de se parler & de comprendre ce que les serveurs nous demandaient. Une belle découverte mais pour seulement une fois.
We've been there many times, everything was great, but we were unlucky to be served twice in a row by a waitress (forgot her name but it was definitely not Lee) who was quite mean & cold, along with not giving a great service. We really liked the food but we'll most likely not take that chance again.

Meilleur mets Coréen de Montréal & Rive sud. Les condiments servis à volonté sont excellent & la viande est de très bonne qualité. Service impeccable & belle ambiance conviviale.
The food is amazing & this place is always vibing! Kim was very helpful & professional, when we accidentally ordered the wrong item on the menu, Kim helped us solve the problem right away. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I've always considered this restaurant an amazing place, & it has been one of our go-to spots for celebrating important occasions. In the past, everything has been excellent. However, during today, I felt quite uncomfortable with the service.
I had to pay for parking, & from the time we parked until we had only just finished our meal, it had been only 1 hour & 10 minutes. Despite this, the server rushed us to pay while my friend was still in the middle of eating, which I found unacceptable.
Additionally, throughout the meal, we felt ignored. Even when we asked for assistance, it was difficult to get the server's attention. This lack of attentiveness made the overall experience disappointing.
After the meal, I still chose to leave a tip out of respect for the kitchen team. However, I do not feel that the level of service we received reflected the standard that would normally justify it. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I've had.
Worst service we've ever experienced!
The employees didn't respond when we greeted them or even when they asked us questions, they simply turned away right after we answered.
We only asked for a banchan refill once, which seems completely reasonable, but they appeared annoyed & ignored us for the rest of the meal.
We finished eating in about an hour, & while I was still chewing, the server started clearing everything off the table without asking & then rushed us to pay, even though it was only 8 pm. We felt pressured to leave.
It's disappointing because we used to come here every month for Korean BBQ for the meat quality. It was one of our go to spots for gatherings & celebrations, but the service has consistently gone down each time we've visited.

An amazing, authentic Korean barbecue spot in the center of downtown Montreal! Daldongnae has very high quality meats & lots of unlimited banchan to enjoy while you feast. Keep in mind that you do have to cook your own meats, but the servers are still very attentive if you need anything. The seafood pancake here was also quite tasty-crispy & filled with a variety of ingredients. If you're craving a classic Korean meat marathon, definitely check out Daldongnae!
Had a really great experience at Daldongnae Korean BBQ in Montreal. The quality of the meat definitely stood out compared to other Korean BBQ spots I've tried.
The service was also excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, & quick to help without being overbearing, which made the whole dining experience smooth & enjoyable.
Très bin tous les accompagnements sont gratuit & à volonté. Il faut acheter une viande par personne. Nous étions 4 & avons prix 4 viande & c'était suffisant. Environs 40-50$ par personne pour notre visite avec du soju/biere. Pas de dessert sur place, un moins lorsqu'on vient pour un anniversaire.
Overall a tasty & fun place for dinner! As a pescatarian, I greatly enjoyed the shrimps, eggs & corn-cheese. The side dishes are very varied, tasted authentic, & were nicely spiced. The sauces are flavourful yet light which is wonderful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a bit more seafood options, perhaps calamari as another option for grilling. Great vibes & they have a pull-down grill ventilator to get most of the grilling smoke out!
We came here as last resort since the other bbq shops were full but we're surprised at how good this place is. This is like the staple of kbbq in canada, everyone knows this place.
We ordered 2 types of meat (1 pork, 1 beef) & it came with so many other side dishes & soup. The layout of the grill is so unique, with very delicious egg stew & cheese & corn. The soybean paste stew was also amazing as it paired well with the meats. They gave us a bit of lettuce but I wish they gave us more. Sauces were provided too.
