Dagwoods montre des promesses avec des ingrédients très frais et des sandwichs savoureux et du pain délicieux, mais le service et le timing varient selon les visites; les commandes en ligne ne sont parfois pas prêtes à l'heure prévue, ce qui rend les commandes à emporter moins fiables puisque les clients qui viennent sur place sont parfois servis plus rapidement; une serveuse a plusieurs reprises tenté d'ajouter des cornichons, ce qui a rendu un sandwich impossible à manger pour un client, et il y a eu peu d'excuses ou de reconnaissance, ce qui a refroidi l'impression générale; néanmoins l'ambiance peut être conviviale et les sandwichs souvent excellents, et l'établissement est généralement perçu comme supérieur à beaucoup d'options rapides, bien que la cohérence pour les visites et l'attention du personnel puissent s'améliorer.
I had never been to this place, just visiting for the first time well what a surprise that it turned out to be a delicious sandwich, I got it with their house sauce a mix of sweet & spicy m; never had it in a sandwich. The bread is super soft & fluffy, the best. Liked it much better than Subway & Jersey mikes specially their bread, wish they had a Dagwoods in my area.
ok so I'm actually stunned. been going to subway forever & honestly thought it was fine until i tried this spot. the bread alone made me question every sandwich i've ever eaten lol. & whatever that sauce is… i've been back 4 times this week. my coworker thinks i have a problem. she's not wrong

My husband went this evening, the lady who works there was very rude & unprofessional. She had chilly but no bread to go with it, my husband said but it's closing soon you have bread left & she took the chilly away & said sorry no chilly 😡 Then for the sandwich she put the sauce only at the ends lol not sure how she makes sandwiches but I think she needs to be trained better & also have some manners.
I & my husband go there often & are shocked by this experience because we always said it was the best location & that's why we return. Very sad
Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up, & was given an estimated 12:42 time they'd be done. I was working, so I took my lunch & planned around this pick-up time with my partner who I was trying to meet for lunch. I arrived to pick them up about 5 mins after the estimated time, allowing a little buffer. The long & short of it is I waited for about 35-40 mins after my estimated time before they got my sandwiches done. At least 10-12 walk-in customers were served more quickly than my pre-order. I normally wouldn't care, but this defeats the purpose of pre-ordering your food if I could've just stood in line & got my food significantly faster. I would have done this if I hadn't already paid online.
I understand things get busy, but I think most customers would expect that pre-orders will be ready at least close to the scheduled time. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. The staff also didn't seem too concerned. There were 2 ladies working at the time. I was told they'd get to my order once they were finished helping the customers in line. After 30 mins went by of waiting after my scheduled time, I had to ask again. When I eventually got my order, there was no apology or even acknowledgement, which is whatever, but it felt kind of cold. Given the service, & quality of what you get, not sure I'd care much to return here.
October 22 2024 I came in & got myself a Dagwood sandwich! Absolutely delicious, delicious meats cut on the spot! Pickles are delicious ! The star of the show wasn't the sandwich but the workers 2 guys served me, they were so kind & made sure i got a great service. Just a great experience. 10/10
Le monsieur allait faire mon sandwich avec les mêmes gants de cuisine que ceux qu'il avait utilisé pour faire payé la cliente avant moi. Je lui demande poliment de changer ses gants pour des nouveaux & il m'a répondu de manière très impolie. Très arrogant!
