Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up, & was given an estimated 12:42 time they'd be done. I was working, so I took my lunch & planned around this pick-up time with my partner who I was trying to meet for lunch. I arrived to pick them up about 5 mins after the estimated time, allowing a little buffer. The long & short of it is I waited for about 35-40 mins after my estimated time before they got my sandwiches done. At least 10-12 walk-in customers were served more quickly than my pre-order. I normally wouldn't care, but this defeats the purpose of pre-ordering your food if I could've just stood in line & got my food significantly faster. I would have done this if I hadn't already paid online.

I understand things get busy, but I think most customers would expect that pre-orders will be ready at least close to the scheduled time. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. The staff also didn't seem too concerned. There were 2 ladies working at the time. I was told they'd get to my order once they were finished helping the customers in line. After 30 mins went by of waiting after my scheduled time, I had to ask again. When I eventually got my order, there was no apology or even acknowledgement, which is whatever, but it felt kind of cold. Given the service, & quality of what you get, not sure I'd care much to return here.

Absolutely incredible sandwich! Everything tasted so fresh & delicious, & it was perfectly baked in the oven - warm, crispy, cheesy, & loaded with fresh toppings. Exactly what a Dagwoods sandwich should be.

I got a turkey sandwich via uber eats & they gave me a dagwood instead. like they just replaced the turkey with the meat that goes on the dagwood - kept all my topping choices the same but changed the meat?? no mention as to why but i'm assuming they ran out of turkey, so instead of calling me or contacting uber to report the item out of stock & trying to find an alternative that worked for me, they just slapped random meat on there.

This establishment does not provide a bathroom for customers despite serving food & having indoor dining.

Avoid this place. Dagwoods are known to be uneven but this one is the lowest grade. Food is not fresh & of dubious quality. The place is crummy. No toilet, can't get a glass of water, barely a napkin is offered. Make yourself a sandwich at home or starve even but don't go there.

I had never been to this place, just visiting for the first time well what a surprise that it turned out to be a delicious sandwich, I got it with their house sauce a mix of sweet & spicy m; never had it in a sandwich. The bread is super soft & fluffy, the best. Liked it much better than Subway & Jersey mikes specially their bread, wish they had a Dagwoods in my area.

ok so I'm actually stunned. been going to subway forever & honestly thought it was fine until i tried this spot. the bread alone made me question every sandwich i've ever eaten lol. & whatever that sauce is… i've been back 4 times this week. my coworker thinks i have a problem. she's not wrong

Their bread better than subway. You feel the freshness with every bite Their Dagwood wild sauce is sooooo good . There was a long line but went fast. The two ladies that works there works very hard .
