Second visit, I come to get the pecan always sold out i dont understand why they dont do enough on the weekend! I don't have to wake up in the morning to rush for a roll!! I guess its a marketing trick
Anyhow whats intresting about this place its not a copy paste of the other 10 places doing the same thing its a brioche very airy u dont feel u r heavy after eating it. I tried citron & blueberry wasnt very impressed the pistache from the first time was better. Good service but u need to put some chairs for seating u have the space why waste it?!
Une adresse tenue par de vrais passionnés. Ça se sent dès qu'on rentre à l'intérieur, que ce soit les produits, les saveurs, la texture, ou même l'ambiance. Franchement, rien à jeter, tout y est excellent !
On voit qu'il y a une vraie exigence derrière ce qu'ils font, & ça fait toute la différence. Ils se développent très vite, & quand on goûte, on comprend pourquoi. C'est mérité.
En plus de ça, la team est grave sympa & talentueuse. Hâte de voir jusqu'où ils vont aller, mais une chose est sûre, votre succès n'a rien d'un hasard, bravo !

Food wise, I would say the brioche dough is wonderfully soft & full of flavour. I do wish the tiramisu one had a little bit more of coffee taste, but that's definitely due to personal preferences & not on the business itself.
Great concept, & I think the other pastries they do have a worth looking at.
I do somewhat wish there would be a small sitting area, but I recommend this shop nonetheless for a quick pickup.
WOW! I am so glad we walked in!! These were such unique cinnamon rolls, not just your typical classic ones, but creative, gourmet flavors that made it almost impossible to choose. We stood there for a while debating because honestly, they all looked incredible. We finally decided on the tiramisu one, & it did not disappoint; rich, perfectly balanced, & so indulgent without being overly sweet.
While I was (clearly) struggling to choose between the tiramisu & the peanut butter & jelly flavour, Guillaume was so kind & thoughtful. He surprised us by adding the peanut butter & jelly one into our box on the house so we could try it too. I'm so grateful he did, because that peanut butter & jelly cinnamon roll was literally one of the best desserts I've had in a long time…💫
Not only are the cinnamon rolls next-level & beautifully made, but Guillaume's friendliness & generosity made the whole experience even sweeter. We'll 100% be back 😃
