Soucieux du moindre détail, de l'escalier en bois d'acajou aux boiseries et hauts plafonds; des cheminées d'époque aux salons privés, des alléchantes vitrines au cellier, Ristorante Da Vinci constitue un véritable festin pour les yeux comme pour le palais.
Pour agrémenter votre repas, une liste de vins provenant des 20 régions de l'Italie vous est proposée. Avant de passer au dessert, on vous apporte des noix de Grenoble pour accompagner le vin. Puis, c'est le moment des douceurs classiques italiennes ou de quelques nouveautés telles que le duo de mousse glacée au chocolat noir et amaretto !

Food is decent. I wouldn't say wow or bad, it's decent but not worth the price in my opinion. Service is okay, often forgot what we asked for & billing was huge errors. Atmosphere is nice.
I have to say I wanted to try this place for a longtime. I have to say I was quite disappointed from arrival to departure From Valet service upon arrival not present The menu is ok but very pricey for what you get. I feel this restaurant has got stuck in the early 2000's & hasn't evolved Plan for 100$+ / head & a 30$ Valet To top it all off had to wait for the valet employee to finish praying to get our car ....
Have had the pleasure of dining at Da Vinci's in an intimate, small group & large group settings. All were fun, felt well taken care of & great suggestions on food & wine were appreciated. The owners Vince & Lavi are not only great people, they make you feel welcomed are very appreciative of the business. Highly recommend when in Montreal!
This restaurant offers excellent food & inviting ambiance. The staff is friendly & attentive, contributing to a warm atmosphere. The convenience of professional valet parking adds a touch of ease, making it an ideal choice for those looking for a hassle-free outing.
The prices were pretty high for the quality of the food. The squid wasn't cooked properly, & spending $300 for two appetizers & two main courses without any wine seemed a bit much.

La déception était palpable dès l'entrée, avec une portion de crevettes "à la da Vinci", dans une sauce cocktail ordinaire... Les pâtes au homard & safran manquaient de saveur & de générosité, tandis que les pâtes aux fruits de mer, le homard semblaient avoir subi un traitement au micro-ondes le rendant trop cuit. Pour un établissement de renom, l'expérience culinaire était bien en deçà des attentes. Même à un prix réduit, il aurait été difficile d'être impressionné par cette prestation. Le service impeccable est un point positif, mais quand il s'agit de séduire nos papilles, l'expérience culinaire laisse vraiment à désirer. Il est regrettable que même un service exceptionnel ne puisse compenser les lacunes dans la qualité des plats. Bien que les plats principaux aient déçu, il est rassurant de savoir que les desserts ont été un point fort de l'expérience culinaire.
Da Vinci offers an outstanding dining experience with an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service is amazing-warm, attentive, & truly makes you feel valued as a guest. I had the lobster risotto, & it was absolutely delicious, with rich, savoury flavours that were perfectly balanced. Highly recommend Da Vinci for anyone seeking a cozy, inviting place with top-notch food & service!
Très mauvaise expérience. On nous a fait comprendre dès le départ qu'il fallait libérer la table dès que possible avec un rappel tout au long de la soirée.
This is a amazing place with great ambiance which makes me go back again again . I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in a heart beat who is looking to enjoy great food . Not only the quality of the food , the hospitality is above & beyond. I give this restaurant a 5 start rating all the way!!!

I have been going to Da Vinci for many years but only recently returned for the fist time since the beginning of the pandemic. Still an excellent restaurant & to me the top Italian restaurant in Montreal.
Waiter service, bothered us too often. Used $100.00 gift certificate to pay, the waiter remarked " tip should be based on the higher amount!" Room temp bottle water $12.00. cmon! Feel eating in a hotel lobby!
A Taste of Italy in the Heart of Montreal Montreal holds a special place in my heart, & my recent visit with my family was made even more memorable by our dining experience at Da Vinci restaurant. After a day of exploring the city's historic landmarks, we were craving a taste of Italy, & Da Vinci did not disappoint. The highlight of our evening was the exquisite Asso Baku dish, reminiscent of my favorite Italian meal enjoyed in Quebec City. The succulent cut of beef, cooked to perfection with bone-in, paired harmoniously with the soft rice & flavorful sauce. It was a culinary delight that transported us back to the streets of Italy. Beyond the exceptional cuisine, the warm hospitality extended by Raneem, a beautiful Arabian girl, & Lavi, the owner, left a lasting impression. Learning about Lavi's journey from Bangladesh to Montreal added an extra layer of pride & connection to our dining experience. Additionally, being able to visit their expansive kitchen & meet Shep, as well as conversing with Lavi's another partner, provided insight into the dedication & passion behind the scenes. The attention to detail, generous portions, & welcoming atmosphere made our visit to Da Vinci truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Italy in the heart of Montreal.
