The only restaurant boats in Quebec that cook on board!

For more than 20 years, the restaurant business has been an important part of Croisières AML's activities in urban areas, with more than 100,000 meals served on board each year. This product is still in constant expansion. Even today, the AML Cavalier Maxim and AML Louis Jolliet are the only restaurant ships in Quebec where meals are prepared entirely on board.

Belle croisière, bien commentée en français & en anglais. Table assise un peu basse pour la vue & personnes impolies qui se lèvent tout le temps devant pour prendre des photos.

Malheureusement, loin de l'expérience auquel nous nous attendions, pour avoir payé 460$ pour 4 billets, s'être fait piétiner par un bateau beaucoup trop plein. Service très difficile, les serveurs ne semblaient pas interessés à nous servire. Très loin des feux, nous avons la chance d'être sur l'eau mais sommes resté loin de ses derniers. Finalement, le débarquement était très long & pénible, plus de 45 minutes pour sortir du bateau. Vous aurez une meilleure expérience sur le Pont Jacques-Cartier & le tout gratuitement.

Deuxième fois sur le bateau. Malheureusement chaque fois ce fût désastreux pour ce qui concerne la nourriture servi à bord du bateaux. Vraiment déçue Par contre la musique était très bonne🫡

I boarded this as part of my MTL passport. It was okay, their boarding was very chaotic & they sent me in the wrong direction at least 4 times. The trip is 1.5 hours & it's difficult to say if it's worth it. I did have their amazing Sangria & I must say that our server Bianca was absolutely amazing!
