Something surprising: Despite having a long line & orders flying out of the kitchen, multiple staff members stopped by each table throughout the meal to have a short conversation & ensure everyone was enjoying the food. Absolutely delicious. I was so excited to find a dedicated GF creperie in Montreal. I would go back to Montreal just to eat here again. My heart desired both a savory & sweet crepe; the “Pontivy” was a perfect compromise…ham, cheese, etc. drizzled with maple syrup. Flavorful herbs & a satisfying crisp to the crepe.
