Le Cora sur Hymus est pour moi un espace qui correspond tout à fait aux mots inscrits sur le mur'jaune soleil' dont : chaleureuse, atmosphère, familiale comme notre coeur en a besoin. À cet égard, les serveuses Joanne & Carla are holding that space in a magnificent natural & authentic manner. Very gratefull to share time & breakfasts that nurture me in many dimensions of my human expérience.

Have not eaten here for at least 2 years. Our wonderful waitress was informed that I cannot eat eggs that are browned/crusted as they taste like metal to me (yes, I should have had them poached then to have ordered them over easy). We had a detailed interactive conversation on how she, too, only ate her eggs over easy like me. They arrived, via another waitress, well done & browned on the bottom. I sent them back immediately & new eggs returned BUT with the whites not cooked & watery ... Yuck! I was informed that this is what I had asked for...I sent the two floating eggs back with the toast & ate my crepe of fresh fruit that had only three thinly sliced cut up strawberries, 7 blueberries, & two unripe, cut with a razor blade, translucent, pieces of pineapple. The custard was like if you had smeared mustard on a hotdog. The sausages were very good. I was still charged for a full plate. I did not ask for the plate to be free or for a reduction in price. It was a'too bad, so sad situation'. Will not be going back. Unfortunate, as the waitress was a reason to go back for & the restaurant is open & bright.View more

Here is my opinion on Chez Cora Pointe-Claire. 25 Nov, 2024. Pros: A) Location is ideal as there are many shops near by. B) The service is good. I saw some on there phone if they have nothing to do though they should put away their phones. C) Food was good it was tasty. D) Washrooms was Cleaned. E) Parking is ample. F) They have a lot of space & they have a coat rack. G) Wifi is available. H) Windows on the side so Natural lighting is good Cons: A) I saw Servers & Cooks have their phones. It's not good to have your phone always with you it's a drug. Put it away or put it in your locker. B) They burnt some of their potatoes. C) Serveurs & People need to be all polite. Some waitress are nice some are okay. Conclusion: It's a good place to eat. I would be back here again at this location no doubt. God Bless the people & staff who work hard. May God bless the people who do a good job maintaining & keeping the restaurant afloat. God Bless you. Thank you.View more
Food, as I remember, but our server today went above & beyond. From helping my husband make his gift card purchases to completing all our requests with a smile.View more
Good food, good service. Only downsides : eggs are small & regular coffee is tasteless.View more
Cora is always my go to choice for breakfast, but I have to say-it's pricey. For two people, it comes out to about $60 with tip, which is a lot for breakfast. That said, I always come back. The food is great. I absolutely love their crepes, & the potatoes, sausages, & bacon are all super flavorful & perfectly seasoned. The service is another highlight. The waitresses are always really friendly & make you feel welcome. If you're okay with spending a bit more for breakfast, it's definitely worth a visit!View more
