Cynthia was great. Not just the service, that was really good, but her kindness & disposition. She totally rocked. Thank you.
We went back yesterday & had a different waitress, quite rude. I asked for a latte, like the other time, she brought it with no foam, I asked for the foam & she briught it in a cup. It's not the same as done with the foam. Also she was insisting that latte & cafe au lait was the same & that I should have asked for a capuccino. Our server Cynthia & all the staff (hostess, kitchen staff, "bus girls") were all amazing. The hostess seated us exactly where we wanted, clearing the table for us. The person I was with & I both had complicated drink & food orders due to food intolerances, allergies, & preferences. Cynthia took it all in stride, asking the kitchen multiple questions for us & suggesting menu items. When one component of my order was accidentally swapped for something else (preference, not intolerance or allergy) she brought me the missing item without an issue. Then we had a payment issue & she was so patient with us & redid our bill no problem. The food was delicious, the service was great!
