Réservation pour 11 personnes à 11h30, mais à notre arrivée on nous apprend que notre table a été donnée à un autre groupe par erreur, sans avoir vérifier le nom de la réservation. Très mauvais départ.
Ensuite :
45 min d'attente avant de prendre nos commandes
45 min supplémentaires avant de recevoir les plats.
Pendant ce temps, plusieurs petites tables (2-3 personnes) ont eu le temps de manger & de quitter le restaurant.
Plus d'une heure après notre arrivée (& après avoir commandé), on nous informe qu'il n'y a plus de bananes pour les repas des enfants. Aucune alternative proposée.
Sans compter les erreurs de commandes & le pain de nos repas qu'on a demander a plusieurs reprises.
Au total, 2h30 pour un brunch. Le meilleur, le groupe de 11 qui avait pris notre place n'ont eu aucun problème & ont quitter environ 1h avant nous.
Aucune excuse, aucune compensation, aucun souci du client.
Service inacceptable. Très décevant. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Ous y allions pour la première fois & nous avons adoré. Notre serveuse dont j'ai oublié le nom, cumule 40 ans de services & elle était très avenante & gentille avez les membres de notre petit groupe… spécialement le matin du Jour de l'An. Félicitations madame !
