Buckwheat crepes (gluten free), friendly bilingual staff, good for kids. It checks all the boxes for a great breakfast spot.

We had a good service but otherwise surprisingly disappointing by this branch.
We Ordered chocolate banana pancake & the construction breakfast. The pancake were room temperature & taste frozen. The sausages as well, they were still cold in the middle.

Also a strong smell coming from the floor. Didn't look very clean.
