The staff are always friendly, & the quality-to-price ratio is great too.View more
I am writing this review years after my last time going there. I went there a few times mainly for their chicken. I really enjoyed their chicken. Crispy, juicy & tender fried chicken with amazing flavours. Their bulgogi is also delicious. However, there was one time i went there when i had 15 minutes before class. I ordered a seafood stew & it tasted very foul. I believe that there was some very unfresh seafood inside. I only took 1 bite, paid & left to class hungry. I just randomly remember that moment & wanted to write this review. I still recommend going for the chicken. I hope that the soups have been fixedView more
The lady serves you first of all with just a wonderful smile & positive energy, then with perfectly made, juicy & crispy chicken, I will definitely come back to try other meals!View more
Great combination plates. Loved the variety & everything tasted great. My husband & I had the Fried Chicken Combo & the Beef Bulgogi Combo. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside & tender & juicy on the inside. I loved that they don't premix sesame seeds into their japchae, so they were able to accommodate my request to have my meal without sesame seeds. Although they forgot that one of their fried chicken sauces contains sesame seeds (oops). It's ok, I noticed right away & gave that piece to my husband. The beef was tender & flavourful. We also enjoyed the fried dumplings, japchae & coleslaw.View more

This is a small basement restaurant. Service was very friendly & we loved the seafood pancake! Unlike other Korean restaurants, it wasn't too oily either. The fried chicken was crispy, & the beef tofu soup we had was also delicious. Highly recommended!View more

The tteokbokki & fried chicken were really good! The chicken was light & crispy, with a tender & juicy texture. We ordered the half spicy, half soy garlic. Both were perfectly sweet, but not overly so. The order of chicken came with pickled radish & coleslaw. Really appreciate the vinegary coleslaw with the chicken. The tteokbokki was nicely spicy, with onions, carrots, fish cake & hard boiled egg. We added mozzarella cheese, which added a nice creamy contrast to the spicy tteokbokki. The service was very nice & friendly, & I think the price is fair for the portion & quality. Definitely recommend & will be coming back!!View more
Do you ever just Eat a food that was so good You start crying & slamming the table? Well that's what me & my girlfriend did Why are the chicken wings just so dang crispy & how is it so juicy- Wow Amazing Definitely worth it for its price & I WILL come back to empty their fridgeView more
Loveee the fried chicken Food: • Spicy Pork Bibimbap: spicy but really good spicy, it had the perfect balance of different veggies & pork. The pork was well marinated & very tasty. • Half half fried chicken: surprisingly good, very crispy. I like the spicy one more than the original, but both of them was great. SERVICE: there's only 1 lady there taking care of all the tables, she's lovely & very friendly. VIBE: the place located in a quite hidden area downstairs, doesn't have many customers come in. Large space with many empty tables, I wish people know more about this place.View more
Was craving fried chicken & decided to try out a new place for lunch. The place is close to Guy-Concordia station so it is easy to get to. We were greeted & they let me & my friends sit wherever we liked. The waitress then gave us the menu & let us choose between cold water & hot tea. We had a little bit of a misunderstanding because we thought hot water was an option haha. The waitress was very patient & polite though so everything went well. She then explained that there's a button at the table you can press to notify the waitress when we needed anything. For 4 people, we ordered 1 whole fried chicken plate & a half plate of sweet & hot chicken (if that's what it's called). 18 pieces is a good amount for 4 people, though slightly more would've been better :). The fried chicken though, out of all the places, was probably the best I've eaten so far! The chicken is really tender with a not too crispy & thin outer layer. The spice level was very handleable which gave the feeling of spiciness without sacrificing taste. The chicken also came with sauce for the original flavour & a tiny amount of coleslaw. We also each had a big plastic glove to use so that we don't get our hands dirty. To pay, the lady at the front was very very enthusiastic & was very willing to help us separate our bill as needed. The price is pretty much the same as other places. Overall, great service, amazing fried chicken, definitely a place to eat at again.View more
