Realty enjoyed the Aztec Bol with rice & tofu, the server was kind & patient with me, & my jet lagged brain! As I struggled to choose what I wanted. Healthy fast food - atmosphere is a busy food hall so have only given it three stars but it didn't make the food any less tasty or filling. Best thing I've eaten since I arrived in Canada!
J'ai commandé à quelques reprises certains de leurs produits qui sont excellent comme le bol fusion asiatique. J'aime bien le concept de leurs produits.

Vegan food at 0830 in the morning, & it was pretty tasty! Really enjoyed it. I'm not really a breakfast person & really wanted to try the burgers but such is life. I was awake & Copper delivered. This looks like a chain which is surprising since I don't see a vegan chain of working in the USA. So points for that!
Chaîne 100% végétalienne de ce que j'ai compris, j'ai voulu tester. La photo ne lui rend pas honneur mais la sauce était excellente, faux oeuf à la texture incroyable & tempeh fumé. Vendeuse très gentille & souriante, point très important à mon goût. Mon bagel ne m'a pas coûté très cher, c'est vrai qu'il n'étais pas très grand mais je me suis tout de même régalée. Petit point négatif pour le pain qui ne se tenait pas trop & le bruit alentours mais ça ils n'y peuvent rien c'est l'emplacement, il y néanmoins énormément de places dans le food court.
Vraiment le Cooper branch Végétal 100 %, j'ai essayé les bols smoothies, ils sont très bien aussi, les délices sucrés & beaucoup de choses aussi. Il y a une madame qui s'appelle Fati. Vraiment à la hauteur elle est souriante, elle t'explique ce qu'il y a dans les plats vraiment, je donne 10/10 pour ce restaurant
Je n'ai jamais mangé à cet endroit , étant sur place ya une chose qui a retenu mon attention: les filles sont propres & sont constamment entrain de nettoyer. Ces filles gardent leur endroit propre comme si c'était chez elles. Quand je vois leur façon de procéder je vois tout de suite leur intelligence pratique. Cette façon de faire traduit une expérience acquise à travers la transmission familiale. De vraies fées du logis.
So glad to discover this place! I ordered a General cooper bowl was delicious & very well balanced in veggies & protein. The shiitake teriyaki burger was juicy & really filling. I pair it all with their green smoothie freshly made on the spot. Service was fast!
As a gluten intolerant, their selection is wide & very tasteful! Their gluten free bun option is very good & I highly recommend if looking for a gluten friendly & vegan sandwich

Not great. I wanted to like it since it is fully vegan, but they wouldn't let you modify anything. Also, they added mayo when it wasn't included in the description. That's a safety hazard, & also, just dishonest. Not super friendly service either.
Wow....if you want what is essentially microwaved food this is your place. It could not have been more like a "I don't give a F" chain restaurant. Out of bottled water?..... really?! Out of muffins too. The breakfast sandwich was super disappointing.
