Comptoir St-Jo est un café, caviste et épicerie gourmande situé dans le Vieux-Lachine. Notre mission est d'offrir aux clientèles de Lachine, LaSalle, Dorval et environ ainsi qu'aux visiteurs de passage des cafés, breuvages et mets simples mais savoureux qui mettent en valeur l'excellence du terroir québécois. Local et très local. Déjeuner, dîner, vins/cidres au verre ou à la bouteille, sur place ou pour emporter. Terrasse en saison. Ouverts 7 jours, à l'année.

I've visited 3 times during the last 4 months of 2025. The iced coffee is great. The food is usually good but we've noticed it can change quite a bit, for instance, the last time we ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies (which we have tried in the past), one of them had no chocolate inside, just the ganache on top.
Service is a hit or miss. Some of the staff are not friendly at all, sometimes the tables were not clean, we had to ask a couple of times to clean them.
Tables outside in the sunroom cannot be moved & they are very close together. It's not functional for groups of more than 2 people.
We like the variety of options inside the store.

The staff is so friendly to the point they all say hello to you when you walk in. Nice place, cute decor inside, great outdoor solarium/patio. Coffee is also very good & they have a small menu of breakfast sandwiches & pastries. I definitely recommend it.

Love it! Close to home, on the water. As a Lasallois at the edge of Lachine. Best thing ever. Love me some coffee & sunshine.

Very good coffee & they are always cheerful & friendly. Service with a smile is so underrated these days. The breakfast sandwich is good but it's always tough in a bagel with a hole in the middle. I find it slips & slides all over the place. Great fresh ingredients. Would love a breakfast sandwich in one of their delicious croissants. Hashbrowns are okay, not my fav. Overall very great coffee shop with great artisanal wine selection too. Yummy baked goods.

Comptoir St-Jo is a great little coffee shop in Lachine. I stopped in & tried the breakfast bagel, & it was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, & satisfying. I also had a cortado, which was smooth & perfectly balanced. The place has a cozy vibe, perfect for a quiet coffee break or a casual bite. Their coffee is excellent. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area & looking for a quality café experience.

Amazing Coffee shop located near the water. Extremely friendly & informative staff on their products!. Really enjoyed their Matcha latte & their various bagel sandwiches! They also have a nice selection of local Quebec wines to buy. Overall very nice place to visit while in Lachine.
