This place is AMAZING! Best Coffee/ breakfast sandwiches ever. 3 of my friends & I were staying in Lachine last weekend & this place was so good that we went 2 days in a row! Even bought a bag of coffee to bring back home!!!!

The matcha, with regular milk & without any additional flavor added, was delicious. The pistachio croissant was not too sweet. The staff was super friendly, & our waiter even spoke Spanish, so we had a great first-time experience.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with duck & they forgot the duck. So instead of remaking my order they decided to shove the duck in & toss it back in the press. Well who could have guessed that the bread would become dry & hard after passing it through the press again? Yeah, I don't know how you mess up what should be a soft & yummy grilled cheese sandwich, but they did. Won't be going back. Don't make my meal suffer just because you can't properly correct your own mistake.

Bonne nourriture mais pratique douteuse lors de ma visite : j'ai pris une baguette jambon-emmental, le serveur me demande si je la veux'all-dressed?', ce qui est en fait un extra de 3,5 $. Je trouve ça un peu trompeur sachant que jamais le prix de cet extra ne m'a été dit. & normalement le'all-dressed' n'est pas un extra. Le sandwich était bon cependant.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm & friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, & made me feel right at home.

The WiFi service works perfectly, which allowed me to comfortably work without any interruptions. The vibe of the place is fantastic, & the terrace is simply beautiful, with an incredible view that makes the experience even better.

I 100% recommend Comptoir St-Jo. I can proudly say I've become an official local customer & I'm already looking forward to coming back again. ☕✨

Quel beau matin / lunch que j'avais à cet endroit. * This was a lovely café experience ... mid-morning to Noon on a comfy terrasse. Some kind of giant-family feeling in the cosmic sense. Coffee [filtre/corsé] was great; croissants perfect. So was the lunch food when friend arrived. Just off a major bike path, & opens early !

C est un bel endroit & la terrasse est sympathique , c'est propre partout y compris la salle de bain.le service est bon. Là où il y a un hic pour moi c est que je trouve qu il y a un manque de générosité dans leurs plats( portion & abondance) . Un petit bagel fromage à la crème saumon fumé avec une tranche dedans , une fine couche de fromage & bcp de salade de choux rouge dedans , plus que de saumon pour 12.50 & aucun accompagnement dans l'assiette ou de garniture ,je trouve ça cher pour ce que c est . Si tu veux un accompagnement de qq feuilles de laitue & une légère garniture dedans ça coûte 5.50$ de plus. C est exagéré.. . Une tasse de café latte avec un bagel peu garni & pourboire 24$ … 😏.ca c est ce matin .
J'y ai mangé un grilled cheese il y a qq mois que j'ai trouvé plutôt ordinaire encore pour les mêmes raisons, une mince tranche de fromage dans un pain blanc tranché . Le pain grillé était sec & fromage peu de goût. Rien pour répéter l'expérience 😞 pour ma part.
Je préfère de bcp la terrasse joliment aménagée . Une partie est ouverte, l'autre est recouverte & fermée pour être utilisée les autres saisons. A l intérieur j'aime moins car petit & trop de va & vient de tous les clients qui viennent au comptoir pour commander .

Excellent café in Lachine! Beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, & the staff is truly amazing.

It's both pet- & kid-friendly. They always pay close attention to little ones, providing them with a cup of water, coloring pages, & crayons to keep them entertained. On one visit, my child dropped one of his plastic toys, & a staff member proactively picked it up & washed it before giving it back. Such a thoughtful gesture!

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great coffee, delicious food, & exceptional service.
