Really good food, great service.

Carol working at the front is an absolute Gem. We stayed in Montreal for a week, & had breakfast here every single day. Her hospitality was a warming way to start the day

I went for an early lunch at Comptoir du Chef before giving a presentation at a conference in Concordia University, which is just across the road. I was so nervous that I was struggling to eat. However, Carole was so friendly & her uplifting mood made me feel much better. I really enjoyed talking to her. This experience made it one of the most special places I visited in Montreal.
There was very good Spanish music playing in the background. The food is excellent & sold at a reasonable price.

We come to Comptoir du Chef several times per week! The main reason why we return here is because of Carole!! She has such a sparkling & cheerful personality which adds to the experience, there is always fun music playing, great conversations & the food is delicious, amazing quality!

Très bon service!
Un menu varié & de qualité, avec de prix vraiment abordables. Carole est particulièrement serviable, toujours souriante & offre un excellent service à la clientèle. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de trouver un endroit aussi accueillant! :)

Everyday new Sandwiches, salads, plates. Sandwiches are amazing. They have student discounts & combos for sandwiches & also coffee & muffins.
