Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct ! Pour la nourriture, il faudrait limiter l'utilisation du sel en cuisine. C'est un restaurant apportez votre vin. Le serveur nous a proposé un sceau à glace pour notre vin blanc, c'est toujours aprécié ! Nous étions quatre, les plats sont arrivés en même temps & à la bonne température & le restaurant était plein, donc, bravo pour le chef & le personnel en cuisine.

La cuisine s'est nettement détériorée depuis quelques années. Potage dilué, peu goûteux. Osso buco décevant & encore une fois, peu goûteux. Les plats ne valent pas du tout le prix. Dommage puisque ambiance est tout de même sympathique. Changement de cuisiniers ? Manque d'expérience ? Je n'y retournerai certainement plus.

Nous y sommes aller en couple & ce fût une expérience qui ne saurait que nous inciter à y retourner tout autant qu'envoyer quiconque à y aller également ! Un apportez votre vin, élégant, avec sa propre ambiance, un service hors-pair & féru de ce que la restauration se doir d'offrir & le tout étant orné d'une conception des repas créant un engouement tout autant visuel que gustatif!

J'ai pris une entrée de rillettes de canard. Parfait. Quantité bien dosée pour une entrée.
En plat j'ai choisi les moules homardine accompagnés de frites maison. Le tout était excellent je recommande!
