Carré de cerf & canard confit très dur & brûlé...pétoncle servi dans un plat brisé, 2 gros éclats manquaient la serveuse l'avait vu & servi quand même, sans légumes avec risotto trop cuit très pâteux .

Mardi 23 juillet 2024...Potage du moment très bon...Entrée de mousse de chèvre & betterave très bonne...Entrée de chou-fleur, la sauce très bonne les chou-fleurs panés, ressemble à de la panure de pogo, les miens sont meilleurs. Plat principal de pétoncles, risotto trop cuit très pâteux j'aurais aimé un petit légume en plus, ça m'a été servi dans un plat cassé 2 gros éclats d'un gros pouce chacun manquait, en plus, la serveuse les avait vu mais me l'a servi quand même. Plat principal duo carré de cerf & canard confit, aucune tendreté les deux très dur, le cerf était brûlé les légumes étaient bon. Facture de 152.92 + pourboire. J'ai quand même laissé 18% de pourboire parce que les temps sont durs pour tout le monde. Nous n'y retournerons pas

On était un groupe de 35 personnes environ. Est-ce que cela explique le fait que j'ai eu un pavé de saumon trop cuit, donc très sec, des légumes trop cuits & des patates grelots trop cuites aussi.J'ai été déçue de l'expérience pour un plat qui m'a coûté cher:(

Atmosphère cosy, service dynamique & agréable. Bons plats raffinés, portions, généreuses, assiettes bien présentées. Pour les gourmands, je recommande de La Grande Finale pour terminer le repas en beauté. Le gâteau au fromage caramel & fleur de sel, est sublime!! Resto apportez votre vin. Prix légèrement élevés qui correspond bien à la qualité du travail effectué par la briguade en cuisine ainsi que la qualité des ingrédients. J y retournerai assurément!
