Première fois pour nous a sherbrooke j'avais regardé sur internet les reviews de ce resto qui semblait très bien nous avons donc choisi d'y aller! A première vu le resto semble tres bien, tres acceuillant. Le service à été parfait, au niveau de la nourriture ça c'est gaté par contre... j'ai opter pour la table d'hôtes. Pour débuter c'était un pottage navet & un autre au brocolie servit separer dans un bol. Niveau texture on voit que les pottage son coupé à l'eau, aucune crème & de lait ou autre liant, se qui laisse une texture assez ordinaire & le choix des epice d'asaissonement n'étais pas dans mes cordes pour se genre de potage. Le chevre chaud en croute d'amande lui par contre était délicieux! La bavette sauce au bleu... les legume etait tres ordinaire & tres sec & sans gout. La sauce etait tres bonne c'est d'ailleur le seul ingredients qui etais bon dans le plat principale.. la bavette on ma demander si je voulais medium saignant & jai dit oui, ce que j'ai recu ressemblais plutot à jn tataki de bavette elle etais saisit à l'exterieur & complement crue a l'interieur. La qualité de la viande était médiocre terriblement raide une des pires bavette que j'ai mangé. J'ai été extremement décu surtout avec une facture aussi élevé pour un repas très très ordinaire. Je n'y retournerai pas & je ne le conseillerai pas...

Nous ne sommes pas difficile habituellement, pour la première fois nous n'avons pas terminé nos assiettes & ce n'est pas parce que nous étions pleins. Belle présentation des plats mais la réalisation & le goût décevant. Bavette de boeuf raide & pas la cuisson demandée, patates très secs, potage dilué avec de l'eau, coupe du tartare de boeuf fine comme du steak haché, laitue molle. L'entrée de chèvre & betteraves était délicieuse.
