Lo estan manejando unos argentinos que no tienen ni idea de lo que es el customer sevice, durante el partido de la Final abrieron dos espacios para separat a los fans y bueno no pasa nada… el problema es que cuando le dijimos que queriamos escuchar el audio de la previa y el show inicial dijo que hasta q no empezara la musica no iba a parar la musica y'el que no le gustara que se largara'… todo mal con la actitud

Très déçu de mon expérience lors de la finale de la coupe du monde Espagne vs Argentine.
Il est incompréhensible qu'un club ESPAGNOL décide de séparer son établissement en deux afin de faire entrer davantage de partisans argentins, au point d'empêcher des supporters de l'Espagne de rejoindre les autres Espagnols pour regarder la finale ensemble.
L'organisation était chaotique du début à la fin. Le système de son était loin d'être à la hauteur pour un événement de cette importance, ce qui nuisait énormément à l'ambiance.
Le plus choquant demeure toutefois l'attitude du personnel. Au lieu d'expliquer calmement la situation, plusieurs employés se sont montrés impolis, arrogants & agressifs.
On s'attend à ce qu'un club représentant la communauté espagnole accueille chaleureusement les supporters de l'Espagne, surtout lors d'une finale.
Au lieu de cela, nous avons vécu une expérience désorganisée, irrespectueuse & très décevante.

Thought this was called the spanish club. Not the Argentinian & spanish club. We were refused entry so they could let Argentinians in. Avoid this place. These new owners are not spaniards

Making the first floor available for Argentinians during the World Cup Finale against Spain is the worst decision the club could have made. We were hundreds of Spanish supporters in line at 12pm & because of this bad decision, we were denied entry. The new owner ruined it for many Spanish supporters. I will not be back. Imagine taking ownership of the Spanish Club & disrespecting the Spanish community.
