I waited half an hour & got bored & went somewhere else That's why they have a toilet for people in the queue. It must be pretty nice, but I'd like to think most people have something better to do than stand around waiting to buy a drink I guess that's part of the allure. Having said that it was quite difficult to find somewhere nice to go nearby. So I guess they are in the right place at the right time.
Venue ici pour la fête d'une amie. On a été placées dans la salle privée ce qui était vraiment sympa pour sa fête. Les barman sont vraiment attentionnés sur les goûts de chacune. On a toutes eu un cocktail personnalisé & vraiment très très bon.

Cloakroom Bar remains a top-tier speakeasy in Montreal, offering an intimate & exclusive cocktail experience. The hidden entrance & tiny space add to its charm, making every visit feel special.
The cocktails are still expertly crafted, but the experience feels less personalized than before. Previously, bartenders engaged in a deep conversation to tailor your drink; now, they ask three quick questions & get to work. The quality is still there, but the magic of true customization feels a bit diminished.
Still worth a visit, but longtime fans might notice the difference.
Very small, intimate bar with no menu - each bartender will make custom drinks depending on what you like or are craving. My advice: know what liquors, flavours & cocktails you enjoy (& don't) for the best experience.
Very unique experience. They don't have a drink menu. They create cocktails. Prices are according to expectation at a place like this. $40 for two cocktails. Strong & tasty drinks. Friendly staff. Super friendly host who went out of his way to be of service to us. Thank you.

Fantastic cocktails, love the concept of this place. If you go before 1am on a weekend you wait at least 20-30 mins in line so we came back later in the night & were very happy to end our night there. It's a very small place but worth visiting for the cocktails
A very unique experience. Worth the wait. Once you trust the process & experience of simply stating what you like, instead of the traditional ordering of a cocktail... It did not disappoint in the least.
Was visiting from out of town & read great things about this cocktail bar. It did not disappoint. The drinks were delicious courtesy of Jay the bartender. Whether you're a local on a first date or from out of town, this spot is perfect for all. Hope to come back soon.
best bar experience hands down. concept of no menu & making drinks accordingly to your taste preferences & mood is nothing but amazing. bartenders are very friendly & will guide you through the whole experience. each drink was unique & decently priced.

This place has got to be one of the best bar experiences I've had. My friend & I went for a drink to catch up & we're looking for speak easy vibes. The atmosphere is perfect, giving a great & intimate ambiance. It is menu-less, so they craft each drink to your preferences. I believe each of our drinks were around $20 which was well worth the quality & detail put into each one.
