I purchased a chicken sandwich which was raw! See picture to confirm. I was completely shocked. What chef looks at this & thinks, yeah it's ready to serve! They could seriously give someone food poisoning to unsuspecting diners with uncooked, raw chicken. Beware!
Caffè Ciociaro is a must-try. The chicken cutlet was fire 🔥 & the sausage panini tasted amazing. The bread was perfect - nice & crunchy, just how it should be. Everything was fresh & full of flavor. Definitely have to check this place out!
Première visite dans ce café sportif italien un mardi midi, & dès mon arrivée, j'ai été surpris de voir le resto déjà plein ! Ne connaissant pas le fonctionnement, je me suis dirigé vers le premier employé que j'ai croisé (le caissier)… accueil plutôt froid, pas un sourire. Heureusement, le serveur en salle était un peu plus sympathique.
Côté bouffe, j'ai commandé :
Panini au poulet grillé all-dress : Un bon panini, pain croustillant, bonne garniture, poulet savoureux. C'est frais.
Poutine : Correcte. La sauce était bonne, mais les frites, ce sont des petits patates rondes, & le fromage manquait de ce petit'squich squich' (vous savez ce que je veux dire 😅).
Thé glacé San Benedetto pour compléter le tout.
💸 Total avec taxes & pourboire : 27,60 $ - tout à fait raisonnable.
🖥? Ambiance typique d'un café sportif : plusieurs écrans, clientèle variée, lieu propre & animé. J'ai même partagé ma table avec deux inconnus sympathiques : ça fait partie du charme !
👉 En résumé : Un bon lunch, portions honnêtes, service rapide malgré l'achalandage. Le seul point négatif, l'accueil à l'entrée… un sourire aurait vraiment changé le ton dès le début.
