super yummy, the owner is such an amazing person, she hand makes the drinks & food, takes her time & really recommends great drinks. you need to try the salted coffee, it's the perfect balance between sweet & salty without overpowering the vietnamese coffee. if you're looking for a tea, definitely go for the black milk tea. she recommended it to us & it was perfect, the tapioca is not hard & almost like mochi texture. it's also very affordable, if you're a student it's a great place to study & you get a discount on your drink. overall, it's a 10/10.

I had an awsome service & excellent Banh Mi in this place. The atmosphere is quite relaxing & good vibe ❤️ The tapioca pearls are fresh & soft, highly recommended.❤️

Cozy basement suite with friendly service. I really wanted to like this! The iced lemon bubble tea was terrible. It was created from powder that came from a lemon Nestea container. No idea if it was actually Nestea but it certainly tasted like it: extremely sweet, simple taste with none of the complexity of either lemon or tea. Tapioca pearls were basically fine, but they were too sweet & soft for my taste. A disappointment, especially at a premium price. I haven't (& won't be) trying anything else, but maybe the other items are better?

Thé aux perles délicieux!! Les perles tapiocas sont servies super fraîche & c'est la première fois j'ai pu essayer un thé au lait à la cantaloupe au lieu du melon miel, on dirait vraiment qu'ils ont pris une vraie purée à la cantaloupe au lieu d'un sirop 😍 les propriétaires sont super sympathique, n'ayez pas peur de prendre votre temps & poser des questions! j'ai hâte de repasser pour essayer un Banh Mi authentique :)
