I originally left this review after ordering two bubble teas to take out. The first thing we noticed was how extremely hot & uncomfortable it was inside. There seemed to be no proper ventilation or air conditioning, which made the space very unpleasant, especially on a hot day.
Unfortunately, the drinks were also very disappointing. I ordered them for my kids, & the quality & taste were honestly among the worst bubble teas we have tried. We ended up not enjoying them at all. Considering that we specifically came for the drinks, the whole experience was disappointing.
I'm now updating my review after seeing the owner's response. Instead of responding professionally to a customer sharing a negative experience, the reply was unnecessarily rude & dismissive. Apparently, having a bad experience & writing about it is treated as if the customer is simply making things up.
Reviews are personal experiences. Someone else may love this place, & that's completely fine. This was ours: the café was extremely hot, the drinks were poor quality, & we left disappointed.
The owner's response actually made the experience worse. A respectful response to criticism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that wasn't what happened here.

Got 2 bubble teas for my 2 kids. One strawberry one mango. They really love it. Their fruit teas come with real pieces of fruit & soft pearls. Not to mention the price is so affordable. The lady was so nice & attentive & gave us very good recommendation.

Service affreux incapacité de parler anglais & également français c'est médiocre j'ai demander une boisson elle ne m'a pas plus car elle avait un arrière goût de lait avarié & elle a refusé de m'en resservir un donc je ne conseille pas ça devrait faire faillite

J'ai récemment trouvé un'hidden gem'. Espace à l'ambiance propice pour passer du bon temps & savourer les bons breuvages ou bons plats créatifs à la vietnamienne. J'y fréquente surement!

Really good food, the lady is so kind. I had left my wallet at home & she was really understanding. She makes great food & you can tell the ingredients are fresh!
