J'ai rarement vu un établissement aussi terrible. Au delà du service qui laisse à désirer (le gérant est odieux avec les clients), les produits servis sont extrêmement sales.

j'ai retrouvé de la moisissure dans les glaces & plusieurs morceaux non identifiés dans quelques chocolats, ce qui est inadmissible.

à fuir de toute urgence.

Ma jeunesse entière s'est déroulée dans Ville Saint-Laurent & le Chocomax en a fait partie depuis le début. Ça a toujours été une place très chaleureuse & à désirer, surtout en été où la file pour se faire servir de la crème glacée parle d'elle même. Tous les produits sont de qualité & délicieux & ce, depuis toujours.
Le point négatif selon d'autres utilisateurs & moi est au niveau du service & le l'expérience client. Malheureusement, je me suis fait servir de façon expéditive, sentant que je n'était pas réellement bienvenu & que la personne qui me servait avait autre chose à faire que de me faire sentir comme chez moi.
La dame propriétaire de l'établissement est incroyablement gentille & on sent son amour pour ses produits qu'elle façonne à la main tous les jours, contrairement à ses enfants, souvent à l'accueil, qui semblent être indifférents de chaque client.
J'adore chocomax & je reviendrai toujours, mais un changement est clairement attendu au niveau du service pour améliorer l'expérience du client un à la fois.

La crêpe au nutella n'était pas la meilleure. Trop épaise & pas assez de nutella. Ne semble pas faite sur un vraie poele à crêpe.
