I had an uncomfortable experience when I came to buy some chocolates from here. I wanted to buy some assorted chocolates to my family as gifts, so I wanted 2 boxes, for a total of 48 chocolates. Like any other business, they sell a larger quantity of chocolates for a "bulk price", that is cheaper than if you would buy them individually. This seemed very convenient, so I thought, I will buy 48 chocolates & ask them to put it in 2 boxes, so that I can save a bit of money & not have to pay for a batch of 24 & another batch of 24. They told me that if I wanted to buy 48, & split them, they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, they could only divide them in 2 bags. I did not understand why. They went on to explain that they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, because there was no way they could separate the cost of the boxes. I still did not understand. The boxes they use are cardboard, they are worth less than a dollar each. I told them that I could pay them a dollar for each box & they said they couldnt do that. It was very uncomfortable because I wanted to save some money by not having to pay for 2 batches of 24. I didnt want the plastic bags because they were going to be gifts, & they told me if I wanted them in boxes I would have to bring my own box. This was a bit ridiculous to me. In the end, because I was pressed for time & my guests were waiting, I bought 48 chocolates, but they didnt let me pay for the 48 chocolates price. Instead I had to buy 2 boxes of 24 & pay a higher price. Its things like this that make me not want to ever come back again.Voir plus

Délicieux chocolats chauds, & plein d'autres choses délicieuses ! Mais... pas assez de places assises. Tout le mois de décembre, plusieurs tables sont prises par des décorations de chocolats & autres paquets coffrets à offrir... ça enlève bien une vingtaine de places assises ! On était un groupe de 6, on s'est retrouvés assis le long de la fenêtre en rang d'oignons... pas très cool pour fêter un anniversaire. Un peu plus problématique selon moi : c'est la deuxième fois que les chocolats à l'unité me rendent malade (juste le lendemain heureusement) sur 6 ou 7 visites réparties entre la boutique de Boucherville & celle du Dix 30. Ça fait environ 30% de probabilité de tomber malade à cause de chocolats qui valent quand même la peau des fesses... pour se retrouver ensuite les fesses collées un bon moment sur le bol de toilette pour des problèmes de fraîcheur... avouez que c'est un investissement un peu douteux.Voir plus

The store is beautiful, & it's the paradise for chocolate lovers. Right now, there are many Christmas gift baskets, in case you don't know what to offer. The only thing is that customer service is very slow, & it is not even busy, at least when I came. It took over 15 min to order a mini ice cream. Then, it was over 10 min for the order to be ready.Voir plus

We first ordered a hot chocolate & paid. After a few minutes they said they are out of milk. So we said it’s fine let’s change the order & requested an ice cream (apparently popular one) they asked us to pay the little difference amount (less than one dollar) to give us the ice cream.
