L'application uber eat ne donne pas l'option de prendre sorbet framboise en trempage avec un chocolat. L'application donne l'option seulement en sunday. J'ai placé ma commande tout de même & j'ai demandé à ce qu'on remplace la saveur vanille par sorbet framboise & la fille me l'a fait! Merci beaucoup!
It so a really good place for ice cream goes their at least three times a month service not consistent depends how busy they are sometimes they will generous in their quantities sometimes they go in cheap mood even you order medium or large you will get same size it is all depends never same experience over all good ice cream with 7.8/10 nice delicious deep alots of choices
Du bon chocolat surtout leur chocolat chaud ,j'aime bcp la décoration & l'ambiance cependant le service peut être amélioré car je trouve qu'ils mélangent les commandes & c'est un peu lent mais sinon à tester je recommande vivement
The kids working there are friendly & they do their best I guess. If I may just suggest improving their speed a bit, it would make the whole experience PERFECT 5 stars. Otherwise, ice cream & candy as much as your tummy (& wallets) can handle. If you crave an ice cream flavor, they probably have it. I love the ambience of this place that is reminesque of the 80' when ice cream dinners were in full bloom. We will definetly visit again, & again, & then some more!

Je suis allée pour la première fois la journée de ma fête , j ai adorée la personne qui m a servi était vraiment l exemple d un bon service à la clientèle, avec le sourire elle a pris le temps de tout m expliquée, bravo avant de partir j ai été lui dire
La place est propre. Les employées sont gentils & souriants. Nous avons découvert des bons produits. Les cornets à la crème glacé sont délicieux ! En plus, nous pouvons choisir le chocolat sur notre cornet. Je le recommende, pour adultes & enfants !
A lovely shop for any chocolate enthusiasm. It's beautifully decorated with a strong chocolate flavour in the air. A good variety of chocolate, including chocolate covered marshmallow or any kind of dipped iced cream flavor. Plenty of staff to serve so there's never any lineup. It's more on the pricey side as anyone can expect from a shop right in the middle of Dix30.
J'ai été accueillie par Clara, mardi soir, quelques minutes avant la fermeture. Elle a été super à l'écoute & s'est assurée que je puisse commander malgré mes allergies. Merci Clara pour ton bon service!

I had an uncomfortable experience when I came to buy some chocolates from here. I wanted to buy some assorted chocolates to my family as gifts, so I wanted 2 boxes, for a total of 48 chocolates. Like any other business, they sell a larger quantity of chocolates for a "bulk price", that is cheaper than if you would buy them individually. This seemed very convenient, so I thought, I will buy 48 chocolates & ask them to put it in 2 boxes, so that I can save a bit of money & not have to pay for a batch of 24 & another batch of 24. They told me that if I wanted to buy 48, & split them, they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, they could only divide them in 2 bags. I did not understand why. They went on to explain that they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, because there was no way they could separate the cost of the boxes. I still did not understand. The boxes they use are cardboard, they are worth less than a dollar each. I told them that I could pay them a dollar for each box & they said they couldnt do that. It was very uncomfortable because I wanted to save some money by not having to pay for 2 batches of 24. I didnt want the plastic bags because they were going to be gifts, & they told me if I wanted them in boxes I would have to bring my own box. This was a bit ridiculous to me. In the end, because I was pressed for time & my guests were waiting, I bought 48 chocolates, but they didnt let me pay for the 48 chocolates price. Instead I had to buy 2 boxes of 24 & pay a higher price. Its things like this that make me not want to ever come back again.
